Description
【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ドリル及び掘削装置の工具のための駆動軸と、この駆動軸に平行に配置した中間軸と、この中間軸に相対回転不能に連結しかつ駆動モータの駆動ピニオンに回転駆動連結して連係動作する駆動ピニオンと、前記中間軸に支承した打撃機構のための揺動駆動装置と、前記中間軸に支承しかつ切替素子によって軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブとを具え、前記切替スリーブは、第1歯部によって前記揺動駆動装置の対応の対向歯部及び前記駆動軸に相対回転不能に連結した歯車に駆動連結することができるようにしたドリル及び掘削装置に関するものである。本明細書においてドリル及び掘削装置とは、回転ドリル穿孔および打撃掘削(たがね)の双方を行うドリル兼掘削装置を意味する。

【従来の技術】
コンクリート、岩石、組積構造、または同様の材料を加工するため、ドイツ国特許第3322963号には、駆動モータにより駆動される駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)、並びにこの駆動スピンドルに連結した打撃機構を有し、この打撃機構が駆動スピンドルを介してドリル及び掘削工具に軸線方向の打撃を加えるドリル及び掘削装置が記載されている。駆動スピンドルに平行に、駆動モータに連結することができる他のスピンドルにドリルチャックを設け、このドリルチャックをドリル工具の収容部として作用させ、打撃を伴わないドリル作業のみに使用することができるようにする。この他のスピンドルは駆動スピンドルよりも高い回転数で駆動することができる。

駆動スピンドル及び他のスピンドルにそれぞれ1個の歯車を相対回転不能に連結し、駆動スピンドルに配置した歯車の直径を他のスピンドルに配置した歯車よりも大きい直径とする。双方の歯車は、伝動装置を介して駆動モータの駆動ピニオンに回転駆動連結可能とする。

ドリル及び掘削装置の伝動装置には、双方のスピンドルに平行に配置した中間軸を設け、この中間軸に駆動ピニオンを設け、この中間軸の駆動ピニオンを駆動モータの駆動ピニオンに回転連結駆動して連係動作するようにしている。この中間軸には打撃機構のための揺動駆動装置を回転自在に支承する。切替素子によって軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブも中間軸に相対回転不能に連結する。この切替スリーブには環状のカラーを設け、この環状カラーに周方向溝を設け、この周方向溝に切替素子の切替フォークを突入させる。切替スリーブを介してドリル及び掘削装置を2個の互いに異なる動作モードに調整可能となり、第1の動作モードでは切替スリーブの第1歯部が揺動駆動装置の対向歯部、及び駆動スピンドルの歯車に回転駆動連結して連係動作する。第2動作モードでは切替スリーブは他のスピンドルの歯車にのみ回転駆動連結して連係動作する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のドリル及び掘削装置の大きな欠点は、2個の異なる動作モードにした調整できないため利用可能性が制限される点である。第1の動作モードでは駆動スピンドルの回転数が低く、揺動駆動装置は高い周波数で動作する。第2の動作モードでは駆動スピンドルの回転数が高く、揺動駆動装置は動作しない。特に、例えば、多数の中空室が存在する中空のれんがブロックからなる基礎構造においては、この従来のドリル及び掘削装置では品質のよい孔又は例えば、だぼアンカーの形式の固定素子の良好な保持能力を得ることはできない。打撃なしで穿孔する際の穿孔進捗度は極めてゆっくりとしており、また他のスピンドルの高い回転数に基づいてドリルの先端と基礎構造との間の摩擦が高く、ドリル工具のドリル先端に焼き付きを生ずる。更に、ドリル及び掘削装置の打撃強度を変更することができず、上述の焼成れんがによりなる組積構造の作業では、中空室を確定するウェブを崩壊させ、従って、固定素子の固定の役に立たなくなる。

従って、本発明の目的は、多くの用途に使用することができ、良質の孔を形成することができ、駆動スピンドルの回転数が同一であっても打撃エネルギを変更できる構成簡単かつ動作が確実なドリル及び掘削装置を得るにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するため、本発明ドリル及び掘削装置は、前記中間軸に第1及び第2の2個の外歯部を設け、第1外歯部を前記切替スリーブの第2歯部に回転駆動連結することができるように、また第2外歯部を、前記駆動軸に相対回転不能に連結した第2歯車に回転駆動連結することができるようにしたことを特徴とする。

本発明ドリル及び掘削装置によれば、4つの異なる動作モードに調整することができる。即ち、
第1動作モード:駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の回転数が低く、揺動駆動装置が高い揺動周波数で動作する。
第2動作モード:駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の回転数が低く、揺動駆動装置が動作しない。
第3動作モード:駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の回転数が低く、揺動駆動装置が低い揺動周波数で動作する。
第4動作モード:駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の回転数が高く、揺動駆動装置が動作しない。

これらの動作モードは、中間軸に対して軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブによって切替フォークによって4個の異なる調整位置に中間軸に沿って移動自在となる。中間軸に設けた2個の外歯部により、一方では中間軸の回転運動を切替スリーブに直接伝達し、他方では駆動軸の第2歯車に直接伝達する。第1、第2、及び第3の動作モードでは、中間軸の第2外歯部が駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の第2歯車に常に回転駆動連結し、この駆動スピンドルを3つの異なる動作モードにおいて一定の回転数で回転する。切替スリーブの内歯として構成した第1歯部も、3つのすべての動作モードにおいて、揺動駆動装置の外歯として構成した対向歯部に回転駆動連結する。このことを可能にするためには、対向歯部の軸線方向長さを第1歯部の軸線方向長さ及び切替スリーブの移動行程に対応させる。

第1動作モードでは、切替スリーブによって中間軸と揺動駆動装置との間に回転駆動連結を生ずる。この場合、内歯として構成した切替スリーブの第2歯部が中間軸の第1外歯部に回転駆動連結して連係動作する。切替スリーブが中間軸と直接回転駆動連結する状態であるため、中間軸と揺動駆動装置の回転数は同一でありかつ高い。揺動駆動装置の揺動周波数は高い。

本発明によるドリル及び掘削装置によれば、第2動作モードに調整するためには、切替スリーブを中間軸に沿って穿孔方向に移動する。これにより、切替スリーブの第2歯部と中間軸の第1外歯部との回転駆動連結が解離し、中間軸の回転運動はもはや切替スリーブに伝達されず、また従って、切替スリーブから揺動駆動装置にも伝達されない。

第3動作モードでは、第1動作モードにおけるよりも低い揺動周波数並びに小さい打撃エネルギを生じるために、揺動駆動装置の回転数を低くすることが必須である。このことは、切替スリーブによって達成することができ、この第3動作モードでは切替スリーブが駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の歯車に回転駆動連結して連係動作する。このとき、駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)の第2歯車は中間軸の第2外歯部に回転駆動連結する。切替スリーブの回転数を小さくするためには、好適な実施例においては、前記第2の歯車の直径を、前記切替スリーブと回転連結を生ずることができる歯車の直径よりも大きくする。第3動作モードでは切替スリーブの内面に配置した第2歯部は中間軸の第1外歯部に回転駆動連結しない。

製造上の理由から、前記切替スリーブと小さい方の歯車との間に回転駆動連結を生ずるための第3歯部を前記切替スリーブに設けると好適である。

切替スリーブの切替行程を短くすることができるようにするためには、前記第2の歯車と切替スリーブとの間に前記歯車を配置すると好適である。

切替スリーブの第1歯部と中間軸の第1外歯部との間に回転駆動連結を生ずることができるようにするためには、前記第1外歯部を、前記揺動駆動装置の前記対向歯部と同様の構成とすると好適である。

ドリル及び掘削装置の構造的な長さ寸法をできるだけ小さくするためには、前記双方の歯車を一体構成の構造ユニットとして構成すると好適である。これにより、2個の歯車が同軸状に互いに僅かに離して配置することができる。

第4動作モードで揺動駆動装置を動作させることなく、駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)を高い回転数にするため、中間軸、切替スリーブ及び駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)を連係動作させる。一方、構造ユニットの大きい方の歯車を中間軸の第2外歯部に対して掛合から外れることができるようにするため、前記構造ユニットを前記駆動軸に沿って前記切替素子によって穿孔方向にばねの力に抗して移動自在にすると好適である。

切替スリーブの中間軸に沿う正確な移動、及び2個の歯車の双方の駆動スピンドル(駆動軸)に沿う正確な移動を保証するためには、切替素子に、切替フォークと、穿孔方向に対向する止め部とを設け、前記切替フォークを切替スリーブのカラーに設けた溝に掛合させ、また前記止め部を、前記構造ユニットの穿孔方向とは反対側の端面に連結することができるようにする。切替素子は、例えば、ドリル及び掘削装置の外側で動作する回転ノブに連結し、この回転ノブによって4個の異なる動作モードに調整する。回転ノブと切替素子との間に、例えば、偏心子を配置し、この偏心子によって回転ノブの回転運動を切替素子に作用する長手方向の直線運動に転換する。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面につき本発明の好適な実施の形態を説明する。

図1〜図4に示す詳細には示さないドリル及び掘削(たがね)装置の駆動装置は中間軸1を有し、中間軸1の端部領域に設けた2個の軸受部分2,3を、ハウジング24の対応する対向軸受部に回転自在に支承する。中間軸1を駆動するため、詳細には示さない駆動モータの駆動ピニオン14を、中間軸1に回転不能に連結した駆動ピニオン15に回転駆動連結する。中間軸1に対して回転可能に支承した揺動(斜板)駆動装置7を駆動ピニオン15に対して穿孔方向に隣接させる。

揺動駆動装置7の穿孔方向側の端部領域に、ほぼ円筒状に構成した突出部を設け、この突出部の外側輪郭部に対向歯部8を設ける。駆動ピニオン15及び振動駆動装置7は中間軸1の第1部分に設け、この第1部分の直径は第2部分の直径よりも小さくする。第1部分よりも大きい直径を有する第2部分は第1部分に対して穿孔方向側に隣接させる。中間軸1の第2部分には2個の外歯部4,6を設け、このうち揺動駆動装置7に近い側の第1外歯部4は揺動駆動装置の対向歯部8と同様の構成とする。

中間軸1の周りにこの中間軸1に沿って移動自在の切替スリーブ9の穿孔方向側とは反対側の端部領域に内歯の形式の第1歯部10を設け、この第1歯部10を揺動駆動装置7の対向歯部8又は中間軸の第1外歯部4と回転連結を生ずることができるようにする。切替スリーブ9の内面には第2歯部11を設け、この第2歯部11を第1歯部10と同様にする。第2歯部11は第1歯部10から間隔を空けて配置する。穿孔方向に対向する切替スリーブ9の端部領域には外歯の形式の第3歯部12を設ける。切替スリーブ9は中間軸1に沿って切替素子20によって移動自在にする。切替素子20の切替フォーク21を切替スリーブ9の周囲に設けたカラーの周方向溝13に突入させる。切替素子20の穿孔方向に対向する側に止め部22を設け、この止め部22を、2個の歯車17,18を設けた一体構成の構造部分または構造ユニット16の穿孔方向とは反対側の端面との連結を生ずるようにする。切替素子20の移動は、例えば、ドリル及び掘削装置のハウジング24の外側面に設けた詳細には示さない回転ノブにより生ずるようにし、この回転ノブは例えば、偏心子によって切替素子20と連係動作するようにする。

中間軸1に平行に、図示しないドリル及び掘削装置のための駆動軸19を配置し、この駆動軸19をハウジング24の対応の軸受位置に収容する。駆動軸19に同軸状に図示しない打撃機構を配置し、この打撃機構を揺動駆動装置7によって駆動可能にし、また軸線方向の打撃を駆動軸19に連結することができるドリル及び掘削工具に伝達することができるようにする。2個の歯車17,18を設けた一体構成の構造部分または構造ユニット16に駆動軸19を相対回転不能に連結し、この構造部分または構造ユニット16は、駆動軸19に沿って配置したばね23の力に抗して穿孔方向に移動自在にする。双方の歯車17,18は異なる直径にする。大きい方の歯車18は、第1、第2及び第3の動作モードで中間軸1の第2外歯部6と回転駆動連結する。

図1に示す第1動作モードでは切替スリーブ9によって揺動駆動装置7が動作し、このとき第1歯部10が揺動駆動装置7の対向歯部8と回転駆動連結し、第2歯部11が中間軸1の第1外歯部4に回転駆動連結を生じて連係動作する。

図2に示す第2動作モードでは揺動駆動装置は動作せず、このとき、第2歯部11は第1外歯部4に回転駆動連結を生じない。ただし、切替スリーブ9の第1歯部10は揺動駆動装置7の対向歯部8には掛合している。

図3に示す第3動作モードでは切替スリーブ9による構造ユニット16の小さい方の歯車17の駆動を生じ、このとき切替スリーブ9の第3歯部12がこの歯車17と回転駆動連結を生じて連係動作する。切替スリーブ9の第1歯部10は揺動駆動装置7の対向歯部8と回転駆動連結して連係動作する。第2外歯部6と他方の歯車18との間、並びに歯車17と第3歯部12との間に、異なる伝達経路に基づいて、揺動駆動装置7に作用する回転運動の回転数は、中間軸1の回転数よりも小さい。この結果、打撃機構の揺動周波数及び打撃エネルギは低いものとなる。

図4に示す第4動作モードでは揺動駆動装置7はもはや動作しない。切替スリーブ9の第1歯部10は中間軸1の第1外歯部4に回転駆動連結して連係動作する。切替スリーブ9の第3歯部12は第2歯車17と回転駆動連結し、このとき構造ユニット16全体は切替素子20によって穿孔方向にばね23の力に抗して移動している。歯車18は中間軸1の第2外歯部6には掛合しない。

Claims (8)
- ドリル兼掘削装置の工具のための駆動軸(19)と、この駆動軸(19)に平行に配置した中間軸(1)と、この中間軸(1)に相対回転不能に連結しかつ駆動モータの駆動ピニオン(14)に回転駆動連結して連係動作する駆動ピニオン(15)と、前記中間軸(1)に支承した打撃機構のための揺動駆動装置(7)と、前記中間軸(1)に支承しかつ切替素子(20)によって軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブ(9)とを具え、前記切替スリーブ(9)は、第1歯部(10)によって前記揺動駆動装置(7)の対応の対向歯部(8)及び前記駆動軸に相対回転不能に連結した歯車(17)に駆動連結することができるようにしたドリル及び掘削装置において、前記中間軸(1)に第1及び第2の2個の外歯部(4,6)を設け、第1外歯部(4)を前記切替スリーブ(9)の第2歯部(11)に回転駆動連結することができるように、また第2外歯部(6)を、前記駆動軸(19)に相対回転不能に連結した第2歯車(18)に回転駆動連結することができるようにしたことを特徴とするドリル兼掘削装置。
- 前記第2の歯車(18)の直径を、前記切替スリーブ(9)と回転連結を生ずることができる歯車(17)の直径よりも大きくした請求項1記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
- 前記切替スリーブ(9)と前記歯車(17)との間に回転駆動連結を生ずるための第3歯部(12)を前記切替スリーブ(9)に設けた請求項1又は2記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
- 前記第2の歯車(18)と切替スリーブ(9)との間に前記歯車(17)を配置した請求項3記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
- 前記第1外歯部(4)を、前記揺動駆動装置(7)の前記対向歯部(8)と同様の構成とした請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
- 前記双方の歯車(17,18)を、一体構成の構造ユニット(16)として構成した請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
- 前記構造ユニット(16)を前記駆動軸(19)に沿って前記切替素子(20)によって穿孔方向にばね(23)の力に抗して移動自在にした請求項6記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
- 切替素子(20)に、切替フォーク(21)と、穿孔方向に対向する止め部(22)とを設け、前記切替フォーク(21)を切替スリーブ(9)のカラーに設けた溝(13)に掛合させ、また前記止め部(22)を、前記構造ユニット(16)の穿孔方向とは反対側の端面に連結することができるようにした請求項7記載のドリル兼掘削装置。
