Description
さらに、少なくとも電動機駆動装置により熱せられた冷却媒体により燃料タンクが加熱されることにより、燃料タンクの温度が低下することを抑制してタンクの温度を常に0℃より高い温度に維持することができる。これにより、燃料タンクから燃料(例えば水素ガス)を燃料電池に安定供給することができる。また、燃料タンクの凍結や結露を防止することもできる。
Claims (7)
- 燃料電池電源システムが搭載された車両であって、
少なくとも燃料電池と、該燃料電池と接続されたキャパシタまたは二次電池のいずれか一方または両方からなる蓄電手段と、該燃料電池および蓄電手段の出力部が接続された、前記車両の動力源である電動機と、該出力部と電動機との間に設けられた電動機駆動装置とを備え、
前記燃料電池と蓄電手段と電動機駆動装置とを含む第1構成物品群は、前記車両の内部を流れる冷却媒体によって発熱量が小さい順に冷却されるように配置され、
前記燃料電池に燃料を供給する燃料タンクを含む第2構成物品群が、前記冷却媒体の流れにおいて前記第1構成物品群の下流に配置され、
少なくとも前記電動機駆動装置により熱せられた前記冷却媒体により前記燃料タンクが加熱されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両において、
前記冷却媒体は、前記第1構成物品群が配置される内部空間を流れる空気であって、該内部空間は、前記車両が走行したときに、該車両外の空気を該内部空間に流入させる流入部と、流入した流入空気を該内部空間から流出させる流出部とを備えることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項2項記載の車両において、
前記燃料電池に燃料を供給する燃料タンクを含む第2構成物品群が、前記内部空間と前記流出部との間に配置されることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両において、
前記冷却媒体は、前記車両内に設けられた循環路を流れる冷却液であって、該循環路は、発熱量が最大となる前記構成物品から最小となる前記構成物品へ至る経路上に前記冷却液の熱を放熱する放熱部が設けられていることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項4記載の車両において、
前記放熱部は、前記燃料電池に燃料を供給する燃料タンクを含む第2構成物品群を循環する循環路部分によって構成されることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項4または5記載の車両において、
前記循環路には、前記冷却液の温度を計測する温度センサと、該冷却液による冷却を行う対象物を前記構成物品群の全部または一部に切り換える切換弁とが設けられ、
前記切換弁は、前記温度センサの計測温度に基づいて切り替えられることを特徴とする車両。 - 請求項1乃至6記載のうちいずれか1項記載の車両において、
前記燃料電池と蓄電手段と電動機駆動装置とは、前記冷却媒体によって該蓄電手段、燃料電池および電動機駆動装置の順に冷却されるように配置されることを特徴とする車両。
