Description
Claims (3)
- リボンエレメントを備える電子機械式格子デバイスを作動させるための方法であって、
データストリームを提供するステップと、
前記データストリームから、少なくとも2つの異なる非ゼロ電圧を含むパルス幅変調波形を生成するステップと、
前記パルス幅変調波形を前記リボンエレメントに印加するステップと、
を含み、
前記パルス幅変調波形に対応する少なくとも3つの異なる作動状態に前記リボンエレメントを遷移させ、
前記少なくとも2つの異なる非ゼロ電圧のうちの比較的大きいV HIGH を利用してイメージ内の明るいレベルを生成し、前記少なくとも2つの異なる非ゼロ電圧のうちの比較的小さいV LOW を利用することにより、前記V HIGH を利用した場合に非単調領域を発生させるイメージ内の暗いレベルを生成する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも3つの異なる作動状態は、たわめられていない状態、部分的にたわめられた状態、および、完全にたわめられた状態を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - データストリームを提供するデータソースと、
前記データストリームを受信し、パルス幅変調波形を生成するパルス幅ジェネレータに対して前記データストリームを転送するシリアルパラレルコンバータと、
変調ウインドウ内の前記データストリームに従って、前記パルス幅ジェネレータをコントロールするクロックと、
入射光ビームを複数の回折光ビームに回折するための電子機械式格子デバイスと、
前記電子機械式格子デバイスに印加するための少なくとも2つの異なる非ゼロ電圧の選択を行う電圧セレクタと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの異なる非ゼロ電圧のうちの比較的大きいV HIGH を利用してイメージ内の明るいレベルが生成され、前記少なくとも2つの異なる非ゼロ電圧のうちの比較的小さいV LOW を利用することにより、前記V HIGH を利用した場合に非単調領域を発生させるイメージ内の暗いレベルが生成される、
ことを特徴とするイメージ形成システム。
