Description
自動車用の縦方向に弓形のバンバ・バー補強部材を製造するため、プレス形成により成形された断面的に湾曲したウェブを備えた中空フランジ付溝形構造部材が開示された(例えば、特許文献35参照)。
適切には、フランジの幅とウェブの厚さの割合は、15〜50の範囲内にある。
好ましくは、各前記フランジの前記幅と各前記フランジの前記深さの割合は、2.8〜3.2の範囲内にある。
好ましくは、各前記フランジの幅と前記ビームの深さの割合は、0.28〜0.32の範囲内にある。
好ましくは、フランジの幅とウェブの厚さの割合は、28〜32の範囲内にある。

完全浸透溶接シーム8は、全般的に特許文献36に記載されたような高周波電気抵抗か誘導溶接工程により、側面5の自由縁5aとウェブ2の内面2a間に形成される。得られたビームは一体形成された部材であり、フランジ外側面4同士間の荷重を、その間に広がる連続ウェブ要素2を介して伝達する能力に依存する。
この実施形態において、中空フランジ3の端面6の自由縁6aは、高周波電気抵抗か誘導溶接により、ウェブ2と側面5間の丸隅接合点10に溶接され、端面6とウェブ2からなる耐荷重要素の事実上、連続する平板状外面2bを効果的に作り出し、それによって、耐荷重要素がフランジ側面4同士の間を延びる完全浸透溶接シーム8を形成する。
比較のため選択されたサイズ範囲を表1に示す。
さらに別の選択肢は、垂直または直立位置に向けられたビームウェブで圧延機を動作することである。
図15は、図9に示すような形成局11か成形局13のいずれかで用い得る駆動ロール台60を図式的に示す。
フランジ3の成形は、ウェブ2の各側面上に設置された各成形ロールの一式75によりもたらされる。図示のように、フランジ3には、水平軸81を支点として回転するため取付けられたローラ76、垂直軸82を支点として回転するため取付けられたローラ77および傾斜軸83を支点として回転するために取付けられたローラ78からの成形圧が掛かっている。
より大きな幅のビームを収容できない位置で、より大きな荷重積載量が必要な場合、一対のビーム90を、間隔を置いたナットとボルトの組み合わせ91、ピアス留め金具など92かウェブ90aを通るドリリングタッピンネジ93のような任意の適当な留め具により背中合わせに固定することができる。取付け時、多目的コンジット95の支持ブラケット94をネジ97でフランジ96に固定してもよい。同じように、ネジ100などにより金属溝形材98をフランジ99に固定し、電気又は通信ケーブル102を囲い込む中空腔101を形成することによりケーブル用送管を形成してもよい。
一実施形態において、中空フランジ溝形材120は、鋲、ネジ、または任意の他の適当な留め具126により各ウェブ124,125に固定された隅持送り123により同じ大きさの溝形材122の外面121と垂直に固定してもよい。
さらに別の実施形態において、隣接フランジ128,132は、フランジ128と132間を延びるネジ山きり留め具135により固定し得る。
図21は、材木ビーム141がきのこ頭型ボルト143とナット144によりウェブ142の外面に固定され、断面耐力を増加させ、および/または装飾仕上げを提供する、さらに別の複合体ビーム140を示す。
例示のように、ビームは、縦に交互に延びるリブ150とトラフ151で形成され、ウェブ2の縦方向の曲げに対してより大きな抵抗性を提供する。
