Description
(A)25℃における粘度が50〜100,000mPa・sであり、一分子中に平均2個以上のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン:2〜99質量部
(B)25℃における粘度が1〜100,000mPa・sであり、一分子中に平均2個以上のケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン:全成分中の総ケイ素原子結合アルケニル基1モルに対して、(B)成分のケイ素原子結合水素原子が0.1〜6.0モルとなる量
(C)熱伝導性充填剤:(A)成分と(E)成分との合計100質量部に対して100〜3,500質量部
(D)白金触媒:有効量
(E)下記式(i)〜(iii)のいずれかで表される分子量が10,000以上のオルガノポリシロキサン:98〜1質量部(但し、(A)成分と(E)成分との合計は100質量部である。)
(F)下記一般式(III)で表されるジオルガノポリシロキサン:上記(C)成分100質量部に対して0.1〜30質量部
を含有してなる熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物、及びこの熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物を硬化させて得られる成型品を提供する。
(A)成分のオルガノポリシロキサンは、本組成物の主剤(ベースポリマー)であり、より好ましくは一分子中に平均2個以上のケイ素原子に結合したアルケニル基を含有することを特徴とする。また、一分子中のアルケニル基の数は、通常20個以下、特に10個以下程度であることが好ましい。一分子中のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基の平均値が上記範囲の下限未満であると、得られる組成物が十分に硬化せず、上記範囲の上限を超えると、得られるシリコーンゴム硬化物のゴム物性が低下する場合がある。

また、このようにして得られた成型品は、熱伝導率が1.5W/mK以上、特に1.5〜10W/mKであることが好ましい。
下記に示す成分を表1及び表2に示した組成(質量部)により配合して、実施例、参考例及び比較例の熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。
まず、(A)成分、(C)成分、(E)成分及び(F)成分を添加した後、品川ミキサーを用いて室温で10分間混練りし、その後、150℃に昇温して加熱しながら1時間混練りした。得られたベースを40℃以下になるまで放置した後、(D)成分を均一に混合し、次いで(G)成分を添加混合し、最後に(B)成分を均一に混合して熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。
成分a−1:25℃における粘度が30,000mPa・sのジメチルビニルシロキ
シ基で両末端を封止したジメチルポリシロキサン
成分a−2:25℃における粘度が600mPa・sのジメチルビニルシロキシ基で
両末端を封止したジメチルポリシロキサン
成分b:25℃の粘度が5mPa・sの(CH3)3SiO[SiH(CH3)O]8
Si(CH3)3で表されるオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(Siに結合し
たH含有量:0.01451mol/g)
成分c−1:平均粒径10μmの球状酸化アルミニウム粉末(アドマファインAO−41
R、商品名、(株)アドマテックス製)
成分c−2:平均粒径0.7μmの球状酸化アルミニウム粉末(アドマファインAO−5
02、商品名、(株)アドマテックス製)
成分d:塩化白金酸のビニルシロキサン錯体(白金含有量1質量%)
成分g−1:トリアリルイソシアヌレート
成分g−2:エチニルシクロヘキサノール/50%トルエン溶液
各熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物をガラス板上に3g垂らし、その後の流れ性を目視により観察した。
JIS K 6249に基づいて測定した。
ASTM E 1530保護熱流計法に基づいて測定した。
JIS K 6249に準拠した方法により実施した。
JIS K 6249に基づいて測定した。
即ち、図1に示すように、アルミニウム板2枚を熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物の硬化物で接着面積2.5cm2、接着剤層2mmとなるように接着し、剪断接着試験用被着体を作製した。この剪断接着試験用被着体を図1に示す引張り方向に引張速度50mm/minで引張り、熱伝導性シリコーンゴムの剪断接着強度を測定した。

Claims (7)
- (A)25℃における粘度が50〜100,000mPa・sであり、一分子中に平均2個以上のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン:2〜99質量部
(B)25℃における粘度が1〜100,000mPa・sであり、一分子中に平均2個以上のケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン:全成分中の総ケイ素原子結合アルケニル基1モルに対して、(B)成分のケイ素原子結合水素原子が0.1〜6.0モルとなる量
(C)熱伝導性充填剤:(A)成分と(E)成分との合計100質量部に対して100〜3,500質量部
(D)白金触媒:有効量
(E)下記式(i)〜(iii)のいずれかで表される分子量が10,000以上のオルガノポリシロキサン:98〜1質量部(但し、(A)成分と(E)成分との合計は100質量部である。)
(F)下記一般式(III)で表されるジオルガノポリシロキサン:上記(C)成分100質量部に対して0.1〜30質量部
を含有してなる熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物。 - (A)成分、(E)成分及び(F)成分の合計100質量部に対する(C)成分の配合量が、100〜3,500質量部である請求項1又は2記載の熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物。
- (C)成分の熱伝導性充填剤が、無機粉末及び/又は金属粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物。
- 前記無機粉末が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、酸化マグネシウム、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素及びグラファイトからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機粉末であり、また、前記金属粉末が、アルミニウム、銅、銀、金、ニッケル、鉄及びステンレスからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属粉末であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱伝導性シリコーンゴム組成物を硬化させて得られる成型品。
- 熱伝導率が1.5W/mK以上であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の成型品。
