Description
図1は本発明による可変容量圧縮機の制御弁の構成を示す概念図である。
本発明による可変容量圧縮機の制御弁は、第1の弁を構成するボール弁11と、第2の弁を構成するスプール弁12と、感圧部を構成するダイヤフラム13と、圧力設定部を構成するソレノイド14とがこの順序で配列されている。
この第1の開閉タイミングは、ボール弁11の開閉タイミングとスプール弁12の開閉タイミングとを一致させたもので、ボール弁11が全閉したときに、スプール弁12の弁体16の先端が弁座15のソレノイド側の開口端面と一致するようにしている。
この第2の開閉タイミングは、スプール弁12が開くタイミングをボール弁11が閉じるタイミングより遅らせたもので、ボール弁11が全閉したときは、スプール弁12は、まだ閉じた状態(固定オリフィス状態)にある。このためには、第1の開閉タイミングの場合に比較して、弁体16のボール弁11側の先端とボール弁11の弁体20に当接するシャフトの先端との間を距離aだけ小さくし、ボール弁11が閉じたときに、スプール弁12の弁体16のボール弁11側の先端が弁孔内にあるようにしている。
この第3の開閉タイミングは、スプール弁12が開くタイミングをボール弁11が閉じるタイミングより早くしたものである。このためには、第1の開閉タイミングの場合に比較して、弁体16のボール弁11側の先端とボール弁11の弁体20に当接するシャフトの先端との間の距離をbだけ大きくし、ボール弁11が閉じたときに、スプール弁12の弁体16のボール弁11側の先端が弁座15よりもソレノイド14側にあるようにしている。
この制御弁においても、吸入室の吸入圧力Psを受圧してスプール弁11a,12のリフト量を変位させ、結果として吸入圧力Psが一定になるようにクランク室内の圧力を制御する。

Claims (10)
- クランク室内の圧力を制御することにより冷媒の吐出容量を可変することができる可変容量圧縮機の制御弁において、
前記可変容量圧縮機の吐出室と前記クランク室との間に配置されて前記吐出室から前記クランク室へ流れる冷媒の流量を制御する第1の弁と、
前記クランク室と前記可変容量圧縮機の吸入室との間に配置されて前記第1の弁が前記吐出室から前記クランク室へ流れる冷媒の流量を制御しているときに前記クランク室から前記吸入室へ流れる冷媒の流量を最小の所定量に制御するとともに前記第1の弁が全閉または全閉近傍にあるときに前記クランク室から前記吸入室へ流れる冷媒の流量を制御する第2の弁と、
前記吸入室における吸入圧力を感知して前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁のリフト量を変位させる感圧部と、
を備え、
前記第2の弁は、前記第2の弁の弁孔の径と前記第1の弁が前記吐出室から前記クランク室へ流れる冷媒の流量を制御するときに前記第2の弁の弁孔に挿入される前記第2の弁の弁体の径との間に設定されるクリアランスに前記クランク室から前記吸入室へ流れる冷媒の流量を最小の所定量にする固定オリフィス機能を持たせていることを特徴とする可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。 - 前記第2の弁の弁孔を貫通して前記第2の弁の弁孔と同一軸線上に延在されて前記第2の弁の開閉動作を前記第1の弁に伝達するシャフトを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記シャフトは、前記第2の弁の弁体との接合部分を截頭円錐形状にしたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記シャフトは、前記第1の弁の弁体と当接する先端部分がスプール形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記シャフトは、前記第1の弁の弁体と接離可能であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記第1の弁の弁体に当接する前記シャフトの先端部分の径と前記第1の弁の弁孔の径との間に設定されるクリアランスに前記吐出室から前記クランク室へ流れる冷媒の流量を最小の所定量にする固定オリフィス機能を持たせたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記第1の弁は、スプール弁であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記感圧部に付勢荷重を与えて制御弁の圧力制御点を設定する圧力設定部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記圧力設定部は、外部信号によって付勢荷重を与えて前記圧力制御点を設定するソレノイドであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
- 前記圧力設定部は、ばね力によって前記圧力制御点を設定するスプリングであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の可変容量圧縮機の制御弁。
