Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The blown medicine diffusion device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is a volatilizing drug set at the time when the blower is stopped and the use is stopped when the blower is set in the apparatus main body and the blower is driven and used. Since it communicates with the air from the suction port and the discharge port, it cannot be prevented that the volatile drug is naturally released into the air.
For this reason, the volatile drug is sequentially released into the air during the rest period and is reduced, which is useless.

[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, an apparatus main body 1, a blower 2 provided in the apparatus main body 1, a medicine storage container 3, and a volatile drug 4 stored in the medicine storage container 3 constitute a blown medicine diffusion device. is doing.
The apparatus main body 1 has a container support 5.
[0021]
The medicine container 3 can be supported in a first position and a second position by rotating in the circumferential direction on the container support 5, a first ventilation part 6 is formed on the front surface 3 a, and a second ventilation is provided on the back surface 3 b. Part 7 is formed.
The blower 2 includes a fan 2a and a motor 2b, and the motor 2b drives the fan 2a so that air flows through the container support portion 5.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, when the blower 2 is driven in a state where the medicine container 3 is supported at the first position, air is circulated through the first ventilation portion 6 and the second ventilation portion 7 to be in use.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the medicine container 3 is supported at the second position, the first and second ventilation portions 6, 7 are closed and enter a resting state.
[0023]
Since it is like this, by supporting the chemical | medical agent storage container 3 in a 1st position and driving the air blower 2, air can distribute | circulate in the chemical | medical agent storage container 3, and the volatile chemical | medical agent 4 can be discharge | released in the air.
Further, by supporting the medicine storage container 3 at the second position, the inside of the medicine storage container 3 is blocked from the air, and the volatilizing medicine 4 stored in the inside can be prevented from being naturally released into the air. .
[0024]
Next, although an example of the specific shape of each part is demonstrated, it does not restrict to this.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the apparatus main body 1 has one vertical wall 10, another vertical wall 11, an intermediate vertical wall 12, one vertical wall 13, the other vertical wall 14, an upper wall 15, and a lower wall 16. In the box shape having the hollow portion 1a and the upward concave portion 1b, the upward concave portion 1b is used as the container support portion 5. That is, the container support portion 5 has a box shape in which the upper surface is opened by the opposite one side surface 5a, the other side surface 5b, and the peripheral surface 5c, and the other side surface 5b protrudes above the one side surface 5a.
A first opening 17 is formed near the lower portion of the intermediate vertical wall 12, and the first opening 17 communicates the hollow portion 1a with the upward recess 1b, and a second opening 18 is formed in the upper wall 15. A blower 2 is provided in the hollow portion 1a, and the blower 2 is driven so that air flows through the container support portion 5.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the medicine container 3 has a hollow shape with a circular cross section of a front plate 20, a back plate 21 and a peripheral plate 22, and as shown in FIG. Volatile medicine 4 is stored.
A first ventilation portion 6 is formed on the front surface plate 20 (the front surface 3a), and a second ventilation portion 7 is formed on the back surface plate 21 (the rear surface 3b).
[0026]
The first vent 6 and the second vent 7 are displaced in the vertical direction. For example, the 1st ventilation part 6 is formed in the upper position, and the 2nd ventilation part 7 is formed in the lower position.
When the medicine container 3 is supported at the first position as shown in FIG. 1, the first ventilation portion 6 projects upward from the one side vertical wall 10 (one side surface 5 a) and communicates with the atmosphere. 17 and the second ventilation part 7 communicate with each other.
When the medicine container 3 is rotated in the circumferential direction, for example, 180 degrees and supported at the second position as shown in FIG. 2, the first ventilation portion 6 becomes the lower position, and the one side vertical wall 10 (one side surface 5a). The second ventilation part 7 is in the upper position and is closed near the upper part of the intermediate vertical wall 12 (other side surface 5b).
[0027]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper wall 15 of the apparatus body 1 is substantially semicircular and the upper side of the other vertical plate 11 and the intermediate vertical plate 12 is substantially semicircular. A substantially semicircular lower opening edge 17a and a linear upper opening edge 17b have a semicircular shape substantially downward.
In addition, the front plate 20 and the back plate 21 of the medicine container 3 are disk-shaped, and the peripheral plate 22 is cylindrical. In the upper half of the front plate 20, the first ventilation portion 6 has a semicircular shape substantially upward, and in the substantially lower half of the back plate 21, the second ventilation portion 7 has a semicircular shape substantially downward. It is formed in the same shape as the outer peripheral shape of the opening 17.
[0028]
Since it is like this, the opening area of the 1st ventilation | gas_flowing part 6 and the 2nd ventilation | gas_flowing part 7 is the half of the area of the surface board 20 and the back surface board 21 (surface 3a, back surface 3b), and can distribute | circulate air smoothly. it can.
In this embodiment, a plurality of substantially semicircular slit-shaped holes 6a, 7a are formed concentrically in the first and second ventilation portions 6, 7.
This is because the volatile drug 4 is impregnated into a granular, preferably spherical drug impregnated body 4a, and the drug impregnated body 4a is directly stored inside the drug container 3, so that the drug impregnated body 4a is not spilled off. Therefore, when the above-mentioned drug impregnated body 4a is stored in a breathable bag such as a net bag, the first and second ventilation portions 6 and 7 can be formed into a continuous semicircular shape. In addition to the granular drug-impregnated body 4a described above, a honeycomb-like or lattice-like structure having through holes can be used as the drug-impregnated body.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 3, recesses 19 are formed on the opening edges of both ends (both ends of the peripheral surface 5 c) of the container support portion 5 of the apparatus body 1, that is, on the upper end surfaces of the one end vertical wall 13 and the other end vertical wall 14. It is.
As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of support pieces 23 are provided on the peripheral surface plate 22 of the medicine container 3.
By fitting the pair of support pieces 23 into the respective recesses 19, the medicine container 3 can be stably supported at the first position and the second position.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 5, the horizontal piece 24 is provided in the upper and lower center part of the surface plate 20 of the medicine container 3 in the radial direction, and the horizontal piece 24 is provided on the upper end surface 10a (one side surface 5a of the one side surface 5a). You may make it support in a 1st position and a 2nd position stably in contact with an upper end part.
[0031]
In this embodiment, the bottom wall 16 of the apparatus main body 1 has a double wall shape and forms a battery storage chamber 1c.
A battery 8 is stored in the battery storage chamber 1c, and the motor 2b of the blower 2 is driven by the battery 8 to rotate the fan 2a.
The fan 2a of the blower 2 is a sirocco fan, and the first opening 17 is used as a suction port and the second opening 18 is used as a discharge port. However, when the fan 2a is a propeller fan, the first opening 17 is used. The discharge port and the second opening 18 may be used as the suction port.
[0032]
Further, a sealing material 25 is provided around the first ventilation part 6 in the front surface plate 20 of the medicine container 3 and around the second ventilation part 7 in the back surface plate 21 as shown by phantom lines in FIG. Thus, when supported at the second position, the first ventilation portion 6 and the second ventilation portion 7 may be reliably closed.
[0033]
Since it is like this, by holding the support piece 23 and the horizontal piece 24, lifting the medicine container 3 and taking it out from the container support part 5, rotating 180 degrees in the circumferential direction and supporting it again on the container support part 5, The medicine container 3 can be set to the first position and the second position, and the operation is easy.
[0034]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the medicine container 3 is rotatably attached to the container support portion 5 at the first position and the second position, and other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. It is the same as the form.
As shown in FIG. 6, the container support part 5 is made into the shape which supports the chemical | medical agent storage container 3 rotatably.
For example, the apparatus main body 1 is in the shape of a box having a hollow portion 1a with one vertical wall 10, the other vertical wall 11, one vertical wall 13, the other vertical wall 14, the upper wall 15, and the lower wall 16. The wall 10 has a first opening 17, and a semicylindrical plate 30 is integrally provided along the lower opening edge 17 a of the first opening 17 in the one side vertical wall 10. The semicircular plate 31 is integrally provided to form the container support 5 having a semicircular bottom surface. That is, the semicircular plate 31 is the one side surface 5a, the one side vertical wall 10 is the other side surface 5b, and the semicylindrical plate 30 is the peripheral surface 5c.
A semicircular recess 32 is formed in the radial center of the upper end surface 31 a of the semicircular plate 31.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 7, the peripheral surface plate 22 of the medicine container 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape that is rotatably in contact with the semicylindrical plate 30, and a support shaft 33 that fits into the concave portion 32 is provided at the center of the surface plate 20. Thus, the medicine container 3 can be rotatably attached to the container support 5.
The peripheral plate 22 is provided with a projecting piece 34 as a stopper. When the projecting piece 34 comes into contact with the upper end surface 30a of the semi-cylindrical plate 30, the first position is reached. To.
[0036]
By doing in this way, it can be set as the 1st position and the 2nd position only by rotating medicine storage container 3.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 8, the stopper is a protruding piece 35 provided closer to one side in the radial direction of the surface plate 20, and the protruding piece 35 comes into contact with the upper end surface 31 a of the semicircular plate 31, so that the first position, Two positions may be provided.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 9, a projecting piece 36 is provided at the central portion in the radial direction of the upper end surface 31 a of the semicircular plate 31, and a support hole 37 is formed opposite to the projecting piece 36 and the one side vertical wall 10.
As shown in FIG. 10, a rotation support portion, for example, a protrusion 38 is provided at the center of the front plate 20 and the back plate 21 of the medicine container 3, and the protrusion 38 is rotatably fitted in the support hole 37. The medicine container 3 may be rotatably supported on the container support 5. In this case, the peripheral surface plate 22 may be separated from the inner surface of the semi-cylindrical plate 30.
[0039]
In this embodiment, since the medicine container 3 is rotated by rubbing the peripheral surface plate 22 with a finger, the peripheral surface plate 22 has a large frictional resistance. For example, as shown in FIG. To do.
[0040]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a pair of arcuate protrusions 29 are provided on the peripheral surface plate 22, and when the first position and the second position are set, the pair of arcuate protrusions 29 are formed on the semi-cylindrical plate 30. You may make it airtight between the peripheral surface board 22 and the both end inner surfaces 30c of the semi-cylindrical board 30 by press-contacting the both-ends inner surface 30c (namely, opening edge of both ends of the container support part 5).
In this way, when the medicine storage container 3 is used as the first position, air efficiently circulates inside the medicine storage container 3, and when resting as the second position, air is contained in the medicine storage container 3. Can be surely prevented from circulating, and the volatilizable drug 4 can be reliably prevented from being naturally released into the air.
[0041]
In each of the embodiments described above, the medicine container 3 is rotated 180 degrees to the first position and the second position, but may be rotated to an angle smaller than 180 degrees to be the first position and the second position. it can.
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, both side surfaces of the container support 5 are made larger than the front surface 3 a and the back surface 3 b of the medicine storage container 3. For example, the disc 40 is formed on the semi-cylindrical plate 30 to form one side surface 5 a of the container support portion 5, and the portion of the one side vertical plate 10 of the apparatus main body 1 facing the disc 40 is formed on the container support portion 5. Let it be the other side surface 5b.
A plurality of first openings 41 are radially formed in the disk 40 from the center to the outer periphery at intervals in the circumferential direction. A plurality of second openings 42 are formed radially at intervals in the circumferential direction from the central portion toward the outer peripheral portion of the portion of the one side vertical wall 10 facing the disc 40, and the first opening portion described above. 17
The positions of the first opening 41 and the second opening 42 are shifted in the circumferential direction.
[0042]
As shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b), a plurality of third and fourth openings 43 and 44 are provided on the front surface plate 20 and the rear surface plate 21 of the medicine container 3 from the central portion toward the outer peripheral portion. The first ventilation part 6 and the second ventilation part 7 are formed radially at intervals in the direction.
The positions of the third opening 43 and the fourth opening 44 are shifted in the circumferential direction. And when the said 1st opening 41 and the 3rd opening 43 correspond, the 2nd opening 42 and the 4th opening 44 correspond, and it becomes the above-mentioned 1st position.
When the first opening 41 and the third opening 43 do not coincide with each other, the second opening 42 and the fourth opening 44 do not coincide with each other, and the third and fourth openings 43 and 44 are closed to the second position.
[0043]
In this embodiment, the first to fourth openings 41 to 44 have an opening width of 30 degrees, are displaced at intervals of 30 degrees, and are formed in six.
Therefore, the medicine storage container 3 is rotated by 30 degrees to be in the first position or the second position.
[0044]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the medicine container 3 is rotated to the first position and the second position, but may be slid to the first position and the second position.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the medicine storage container 3 is supported by the container support portion 5 so as to be slidable between the first position and the second position.
Slit-like first openings 51 and second openings 52 are formed on the one side surface 5 a and the other side surface 5 b of the container support 5 at intervals in the vertical direction, and the second openings 52 serve as the first openings 17.
The medicine container 3 is formed with a slit-like third opening 53 and a fourth opening 54 on the front surface 3a and the back surface 3b at intervals in the vertical direction, which are defined as a first ventilation part 6 and a second ventilation part 7, respectively.
[0045]
The first opening 51 and the third opening 53 and the second opening 52 and the fourth opening 54 communicate with each other at the first position shown in FIG. 13, and the third and fourth openings 53 at the second position shown in FIG. , 54 are closed.
[0046]
Although not shown, the medicine container 3 may be slid in the left-right direction to be the first position and the second position.
[0047]
Examples of the volatile chemicals 4 used in the present invention include insecticides, repellents, pest growth control agents, aromatic deodorants, deodorants, fungicides, and fungicides that volatilize under conditions such as room temperature and ventilation. It is done.
[0048]
