Description
特許文献1に開示の織物は、経糸に対して緯糸を斜めに織り込んだ構成となっている。しかし、経糸と緯糸とのみによって織られた織物であるため、糸が屈曲・蛇行しており、複合材の強度を高める上で不利であるという欠点がある。
好適な例では、前記第1繊維束の長さ方向と前記第2繊維束の長さ方向とは、45°の角度で斜交している。
好適な例では、前記繊維織物と、該繊維織物に対して鏡映対称な繊維織物とが鏡映対称に配置して用いられている。
図1(a),(b),(c)に示すように、繊維織物11は、複数の第1繊維束121からなる第1繊維層12と、複数の第2繊維束131からなる第2繊維層13と、複数の抜け止め糸141からなる抜け止め糸群14と、複数の拘束糸151からなる拘束糸群15とから構成されている。第1繊維層12と第2繊維層13とは、隣接して積層されている。拘束糸151は、繊維織物11の厚み方向に第1繊維層12と第2繊維層13とを貫通しており、抜け止め糸141と拘束糸151とは交差している。抜け止め糸141及び拘束糸151の配列ピッチは、第1繊維束121及び第2繊維束131の配列ピッチよりも大きくしてある。
図3(a)に示すように、矩形状の枠体16に所定ピッチで着脱可能に立設された多数のピン17に第1繊維束121を折り返し係合させて第1繊維層12を形成する。次に、図3(b)に示すように、ピン17に第2繊維束131を折り返し係合させて第1繊維層12の上に第2繊維層13を形成する。
第1の実施形態では以下の効果が得られる。
・図6(a),(b),(c)に示すように、抜け止め糸141が第1繊維束121に対して90°の角度で交差するようにしてもよい。繊維織物11Aを構成する第1繊維束121、第2繊維束131及び拘束糸151の長さ方向は、第1の実施形態の場合と同じである。図6(d)は、繊維織物11Aに対して鏡映対称な関係にある繊維織物11AMである。
例えば、梁の長手方向に対して第1繊維束121と第2繊維束131とを22.5°の角度で斜交させるように梁を形成する場合を考える。第1の実施形態における矩形状に製作された繊維織物11を用いる場合、第1繊維束121の0°方向に対して22.5°の方向に切断し、かつ−67.5°の方向に切断して必要な大きさに切り出すことになる。しかし、このように切断して繊維織物11から必要な大きさに切り出す場合には、利用できない無駄部分が多くできてしまう。
・図16に示すように、繊維織物11Lを構成する第1繊維束121と第2繊維束131との一方の長さ方向を67.5°方向とし、他方を−67.5°方向としてもよい。
・第1繊維束121と第2繊維束131との繊維種類を異ならせてもよい。例えば、第1繊維束121を炭素繊維とし、第2繊維束131をガラス繊維としたり、第1繊維束121をアラミド繊維とし、第2繊維束131を炭素繊維とする等の組み合わせを行なってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 長さ方向を揃えられた複数の第1繊維束からなる第1繊維層と、
前記第1繊維束の方向に対して斜交する方向に長さ方向を揃えられた複数の第2繊維束からなる第2繊維層と、
長さ方向を揃えられた複数の抜け止め糸からなる抜け止め糸群と、
前記抜け止め糸と交差する方向に長さ方向を揃えられた複数の拘束糸からなる拘束糸群とを備え、
前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とは、隣接して積層されており、前記抜け止め糸群と前記拘束糸群とは、織り組織を成して前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とを保持している繊維織物。 - 前記抜け止め糸の長さ方向は、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの一方の層面に接する側で、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの他方の繊維束の長さ方向に揃えられている請求項1に記載の繊維織物。
- 前記拘束糸の長さ方向は、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの一方の層面に接する側で、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの他方の繊維束の長さ方向に揃えられている請求項1に記載の繊維織物。
- 前記抜け止め糸の長さ方向は、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの一方の層面に接する側で、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの他方の繊維束の長さ方向に揃えられており、前記拘束糸の長さ方向は、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの一方の層面に接する側で、前記第1繊維層と前記第2繊維層とのうちの他方の繊維束の長さ方向に揃えられている請求項1に記載の繊維織物。
- 前記第1繊維束の長さ方向と前記第2繊維束の長さ方向とは、45°の角度で斜交している請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維織物。
- 繊維織物によって樹脂を強化した複合材において、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維織物を用いた複合材。 - 前記繊維織物と、該繊維織物に対して鏡映対称な繊維織物とが鏡映対称に配置して用いられている請求項6に記載の複合材。
