Description
Claims (4)
- 外周面に外歯車及び回転支持面が形成され、内周面に第1内歯車及び第2内歯車が回転軸方向に関して所定間隔をおいて形成された複合歯車であって、
前記内周面における前記第1内歯車と前記第2内歯車の間には、チャック部が形成されており、
前記チャック部の内径は、前記第1内歯車の歯先径及び前記第2内歯車の歯先径の少なくとも1つより小さいことを特徴とする複合歯車。 - 請求項1に記載の複合歯車であって、
前記チャック部の内径は、前記第1内歯車の歯先径より小さく、かつ前記第2内歯車の歯底径より大きいことを特徴とする複合歯車。 - 請求項1に記載の複合歯車を製造する方法であって、
前記チャック部が回転軸方向に関して前記第1内歯車と前記第2内歯車の間に位置し、前記チャック部の内径が前記第1内歯車の歯先径及び前記第2内歯車の歯先径の少なくとも1つより小さくなるように、該チャック部、該第1内歯車、及び該第2内歯車を前記内周面に形成する内周面加工工程と、
前記外歯車の形成を前記チャック部にてチャックを行った状態で行う外歯車加工工程と、
前記回転支持面の加工を前記チャック部にてチャックを行った状態で行う回転支持面加工工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする複合歯車の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の複合歯車の製造方法であって、
前記内周面加工工程は、前記チャック部の内径が前記第1内歯車の歯先径より小さくかつ前記第2内歯車の歯底径より大きくなるように、該チャック部、該第1内歯車、及び該第2内歯車を前記内周面に形成する工程であることを特徴とする複合歯車の製造方法。
