Claims (5)
- 周囲感知システムによって路上車両の前方周囲を感知し、車両前方の対象物を検出する方法であって、該周囲感知システムは、周囲データを感知する周囲センサと、前記周囲センサによって感知された前記周囲データを画像処理することによって対象物を検出するコンピュータユニットを有し、
前記対象物が検出される認知領域は、前記周囲センサによって感知された領域に含まれ、車線検出が実施され、前記認知領域は、車線および車線に隣接する予め規定された許容領域に制限された後、複数の構成領域に分割され、前記周囲データを画像処理するための画像処理アルゴリズムを個々の構成領域に最適に適合させて、前記構成領域の各々に対して特定の評価が施され、対象物を検出することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記車線検出が画像処理によって実施されるかあるいは車線がナビゲーションシステムの情報によって決定されることによって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 誤警報を排除するため分類方法によって、検出された対象物の分類が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 障害物に関する情報を適時に提供できるように、検出された対象物からの距離が決定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 追跡方法によって対象物の移動方向および移動速度が検出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
