Description

【0001】

[0033]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of an integrated packaging product according to the present invention. The integrated packaging product 1 is formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in a pillow type packaging bag, for example, contents such as instant ramen. A plurality (5 in FIG. 1) of products 2 (not shown) are stacked, and strips 3 and 3 are formed on both side surfaces of the plurality of products 2 (5 in FIG. 1). A plurality of (two in FIG. 1) superposed products 2 are integrally fixed by sticking (only the upper side is shown in FIG. 1).
[0034]
The base material of the strip 3 used for this is not particularly limited as long as it can integrally fix a plurality of stacked products 2 (five pieces in FIG. 1). Paper, kraft paper, synthetic paper, foil paper in which a metal foil such as aluminum foil is bonded, metal vapor-deposited paper in which a metal such as aluminum is vapor-deposited, or a synthetic resin or synthetic resin made of a thermoplastic resin A laminate obtained by laminating one type or two or more types of manufactured sheets, or a laminate obtained by appropriately combining these may be used. The strip 3 is more preferably a tack label in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive (adhesive) layer is formed on one surface (back surface) of the substrate. The reason is that a plurality of (5 in FIG. 1) products 2 overlapped using a labeling machine are attached to both sides of the product 2 by simply attaching tack labels (only the upper side is shown in FIG. 1). This is because the integrated packaging product 1 can be easily obtained.
[0035]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive (pressure-sensitive adhesive) for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive (pressure-sensitive adhesive) layer may be a rubber such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene latex, styrene-isoprene block copolymer, recycled rubber, or synthetic rubber. Well-known pressure-sensitive adhesives such as acrylic, acrylic, and silicone can be used, and in order to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive (pressure-sensitive adhesive) layer using these, these pressure-sensitive adhesives are solvent-type, water-based emulsion type By coating on one surface of the base material forming the strip 3 by a known coating method such as a roll coating method, a gravure printing method, a melt extrusion method, etc. It can be easily provided, and the coating thickness is suitably 15 to 50 μm.
[0036]
In addition, as a tack label used for this invention, the said base material which does not have the separate paper normally provided in order to protect the said pressure sensitive adhesive (adhesive) layer until it uses, ie, forms the said strip | belt-shaped body 3 is used. A cellophane tape having a release layer formed by coating silicone on the other surface is used. This is because it leads to reduction of waste at the site where the tack label is used (tack label using separate paper becomes separate paper after use).
[0037]
Next, the strip 3 made of the tack label will be described in more detail by taking the integrated packaging product 1 of FIG. 1 as an example.
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a first embodiment of a strip used for an integrated packaging product according to the present invention. On the strip 3 ′, five products 2 are overlapped as shown in FIG. Cutout means made of perforations 4 are formed at four locations which are substantially boundary portions between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1 attached to the surface. As a result, the products 2 can be easily separated from the integrated packaging product 1 one by one. The perforation 4 is configured such that a non-cut portion of the perforation 4 is located at the opposite end of the strip 3 ′, so that the perforation 4 is formed at the opposite end of the strip 3 ′. Compared with the case where the cutting part 4 is positioned, cutting from the perforation 4 can be prevented against an unexpected external force such as an impact.
[0038]
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a second embodiment of a strip used for an integrated packaging product according to the present invention, and five products 2 are superimposed on the strip 3 '' as shown in FIG. A pair of U-shaped notches 5 and a pair of U-shaped notches 5 are formed on the opposite edges of the band-like body 3 '' at four locations which are substantially boundary portions between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1 affixed to both sides. A cutting means comprising a single perforation 4 ′ connecting the notches 5 is formed. As a result, the products 2 can be easily separated from the integrated packaging product 1 one by one. Although not shown, only a pair of U-shaped cutouts 5 may be formed at opposite edges of the strip 3 ''. The notch 5 is not limited to a U shape, and may be a polygonal shape such as a V shape, or may be a semicircular shape or an elliptical shape.
[0039]
2 and 3, the strips 3 ′ and 3 ″ correspond to four places that are substantially boundary portions between the products 2 of the integrated package product 1, and the cutting means or the cutting means 4 is formed from the perforations 4. The strips 3 ′, 3 ′ are provided with one-to-one cutting means comprising the pair of U-shaped cutouts 5 and a single perforation 4 ′ connecting the pair of U-shaped cutouts 5. A plurality of cutting means may be provided at one place in consideration of the deviation of the sticking position of ', and for example, as shown in FIG. 4, it becomes a substantially boundary portion between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1 Corresponding to the four places, a plurality of perforations 4 ″ (three perforations in FIG. 4) may be a belt-like body 3 ′ ″ provided with an uncut portion positioned at the end edge. Absent.
[0040]
FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a fourth embodiment of a strip used for an integrated packaging product according to the present invention. On the strip 30, five products 2 are overlapped as shown in FIG. V-shaped notch 5 'on one end of the strip 30 and the V-shaped on the other end at four locations that are substantially boundary portions between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1 affixed to A cut-out means comprising a notch 5 ′ and a conical V-shaped protrusion 9 is formed. Thereby, when separating the products 2 from the integrated packaging product 1 one by one, it can be configured such that it can be easily separated only from one side (the notch 5 ′ side). Further, by configuring the cutting means in this way, for example, a fixed length can be obtained with a cutting blade that is partially V-shaped in a roll shape that is long in a direction orthogonal to the edge provided with the notch 5 ′. Since the belt-like body 30 can be easily produced by cutting into two, the number of processing steps can be reduced as compared with the belt-like body 3 ″ of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. It can be made cheaper. The notch 5 ′ is not limited to the V shape, but may be a U shape, a semicircular shape, or an oval shape. However, the V shape is appropriate in terms of the ease of the cutting blade. FIG. 5 shows an embodiment in which the cutouts 5 ′ and the protrusions 9 are provided one by one so as to correspond to four locations that are substantially boundary portions between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1. However, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a plurality are provided, or a configuration in which at least one perforation connecting the notch 5 ′ and the protruding portion 9 and / or at least one half cut is provided. Good.
[0041]

As a result, the products 2 can be easily separated from the integrated packaging product 1 one by one. As a method for forming the scar band 6, it can be formed by a method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-39228. In addition, although not shown, a band-shaped body in which a pair of scar groups (see FIG. 9 for the shape) is formed only on the opposing edges of the band-shaped body 31 instead of the scar band 6 may be used.
[0042]
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing a sixth embodiment of a strip used for an integrated packaging product according to the present invention. On the strip 32, five products 2 are overlapped as shown in FIG. Cutout means composed of one half cut 8 connecting the opposite edges of the band-like body 32 is formed at four locations which are substantially boundary portions between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1 affixed to. As the strip 32, for example, a double-sided coated paper 93 of 85 g / m 2 is applied to one side of a 12 μm biaxially stretched polyester film (hereinafter referred to as PET) 92 using a urethane-based adhesive. Lamination is performed to form a laminate 90, and a half cut 8 is formed to cut the PET 92 from the PET 92 side of the laminate 90. Thereafter, 2 g / m 2 of silicone is applied to the PET 92 surface of the laminate 90. The figure shows that the release layer 91 is formed by coating, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 94 is formed by applying an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on the surface of the double-sided coated paper 93 of the laminate 90 to a thickness of 20 μm as a solid content. A configuration as shown in FIG. By configuring in this way, it is possible to make a roll like a cellophane tape without providing separate paper on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 94. (There will be no separate paper waste). In addition, although this half cut 8 showed the example formed one each in four places used as the substantially boundary part between the products 2 of the integrated packaging product 1, it does not restrict to this but the product 2 of the integrated packaging product 1 A plurality of lines may be formed at four locations that are substantially boundary portions.
[0043]
FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a seventh embodiment of a strip used for an integrated packaging product according to the present invention.
