粗さ曲線のクルトシスRkuを、4≦Rku≦10
算術平均粗さRaを、0<Ra≦0.15
表層部の圧縮応力Sを、800Mpa≦S≦1100Mpa
としたことを特徴とするカムフォロア。 - 前記ローラの軸方向端面における算術平均粗さRaを、0<Ra≦0.8としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカムフォロア。
- 前記ローラの表面加工を、流動バレルにて行ったことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のカムフォロア。
