Claims (2)
- 内燃機関の排気ガスに対してNOx吸蔵還元型触媒によるNOx浄化とDPFによるPM浄化を行い、サルファパージ開始判断手段と、サルファパージ制御手段と、PM蓄積量算定手段と、DPF再生制御手段を有し、前記PM蓄積量算定手段により求まる前記DPFに捕集されているPM蓄積量が、所定の目詰まり状態になる第一の所定値を越えると、前記DPF再生制御手段によるDPF再生制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記サルファパージ開始判断手段によりサルファパージが必要と判断されると、
前記PM蓄積量算定手段により求まる前記DPFに捕集されているPM蓄積量が、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に吸蔵されているサルファが還元される条件に基づいて設定される第二の所定値を越えているか否かを判定し、
前記PM蓄積量が前記第二の所定値を越えている場合には、前記PM蓄積量算定手段により算出されるPM蓄積量が前記第二の所定値以下になるまで前記DPF再生制御手段によるDPF再生制御を行い、前記PM蓄積量算定手段により算出されるPM蓄積量が前記第二の所定値以下になると、前記サルファパージ制御手段によるサルファパージ制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 内燃機関の排気ガスに対してNOx吸蔵還元型触媒によるNOx浄化とDPFによるPM浄化を行い、サルファパージ開始判断手段と、サルファパージ制御手段と、PM蓄積量算定手段と、DPF再生制御手段を有し、前記PM蓄積量算定手段により求まる前記DPFに捕集されているPM蓄積量が、所定の目詰まり状態になる第一の所定値を越えると、前記DPF再生制御手段によるDPF再生制御を行う制御装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、
前記サルファパージ開始判断手段によりサルファパージが必要と判断されると、
前記PM蓄積量算定手段により求まる前記DPFに捕集されているPM蓄積量が、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に吸蔵されているサルファが還元される条件に基づいて設定される第二の所定値を越えているか否かを判定し、
前記PM蓄積量が前記第二の所定値を越えている場合には、前記PM蓄積量算定手段により算出されるPM蓄積量が前記第二の所定値以下になるまで前記DPF再生制御手段によるDPF再生制御を行い、前記PM蓄積量算定手段により算出されるPM蓄積量が前記第二の所定値以下になると、前記サルファパージ制御手段にサルファパージ制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
