Description
Claims (1)
- 能動領域面を有する面板と能動領域面を有する背板とを備え、前記面板と前記背板との間に能動領域とボーダ領域とを形成するように前記面板が前記背板に対して連結された平面パネルディスプレーにおいて、
前記能動領域から前記ボーダ領域に延在する壁体を更に有し、前記壁体は共晶はんだで前記ボーダ領域に固着され、
前記共晶はんだの融解温度は、該共晶はんだに含まれている金属のそれぞれの融解温度よりも高いことを特徴とする平面パネルディスプレー。
