Description
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され、該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、
前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記回転軸と前記車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記回転軸の回転を制限するための前記電動機からの動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する始動時制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され、該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、
前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記回転軸と前記車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機による前記回転軸の回転の制限を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する始動時制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記回転軸と前記車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記回転軸の回転を制限するための前記電動機からの動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する
ことを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記回転軸と前記車軸側との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および伝達の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機による前記回転軸の回転の制限を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (22)
- 内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され、該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、
前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記回転軸と車軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達およびシフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときの前記回転軸と前記車軸との接続の解除が可能な変速手段と、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記回転軸の回転を制限するための前記電動機からの動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する始動時制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両であって、
前記回転軸の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出手段を備え、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記検出される回転軸の回転位置が所定位置を含む所定の位置範囲内となるよう前記電動機を制御する手段である
車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両であって、
前記回転軸の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段を備え、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記検出される回転軸の回転数が値0を含む所定の回転数範囲内となるよう前記電動機を制御する手段である
車両。 - 前記始動時制御手段は、前記車両のシステム起動時に前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記回転軸の回転を制限するための前記電動機からの動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう制御する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され、該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、
前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記回転軸と車軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達およびシフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときの前記回転軸と前記車軸との接続の解除が可能な変速手段と、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機による前記回転軸の回転の制限を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する始動時制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 請求項5記載の車両であって、
前記電動機は、回転子が前記回転軸に接続され、固定子の回転磁界により該回転子を回転駆動させて該回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機であり、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記固定子の磁界の向きを固定して前記回転子が回転しないよう前記電動機を制御する手段である
車両。 - 請求項6記載の車両であって、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記電動機に直流電流を印加することにより前記固定子の磁界の向きが固定されるよう制御する手段である
車両。 - 請求項6または7記載の車両であって、
前記電動機の回転子の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出手段と、
前記シフトレバーが前記駐車ポジションの状態のときに、前記始動時制御手段により前記内燃機関のモータリングが開始される以前に前記検出された回転位置を開始時回転位置として設定する開始時回転位置設定手段と、
を備え、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記設定された開始時回転位置を用いて前記回転子が回転しないよう制御する手段である
車両。 - 前記始動時制御手段は、前記設定された開始時回転位置における前記回転子の界磁に基づく磁束の向きと前記固定子の磁界の向きとが略一致するよう前記電動機に電流を印加する手段である請求項8記載の車両。
- 請求項8記載の車両であって、
前記電動機は、多相交流電動機であり、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記電動機の各相に印加される電流に基づいて前記回転子の回転に同期して回転する回転座標系における電流である回転座標系電流を計算し、該計算した回転座標系電流に基づいて該回転座標系における目標電圧である回転座標系目標電圧を計算し、該計算した回転座標系目標電圧に基づいて該電動機の各相に印加すべき目標電圧を計算し、該計算した目標電圧を用いて該回転子が回転しないよう制御する手段である
車両。 - 請求項10記載の車両であって、
前記電動機は、三相交流電動機であり、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記電動機の各相に印加される電流を三相−二相変換することによりd軸の電流およびq軸の電流を前記回転座標系電流として計算し、前記設定された開始時回転位置におけるd軸の目標電流に固定値を設定すると共にq軸の目標電流に値0を設定し、該設定したd軸の目標電流と該計算したd軸の電流とに基づくd軸の目標電圧および該設定したq軸の目標電流と該計算したq軸の電流とに基づくq軸の目標電圧を前記回転座標系目標電圧として設定する手段である
車両。 - 前記始動時制御手段は、前記設定された開始時回転位置と前記電動機の各相に印加される電流とに基づいて前記回転座標系電流を計算する手段である請求項10または11記載の車両。
- 前記始動時制御手段は、前記設定された開始時回転位置と前記計算した回転座標系目標電圧とに基づいて前記目標電圧を計算する手段である請求項10ないし12いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記始動時制御手段は、前記開始時回転位置設定手段により開始時回転位置が設定された直後は、前記設定された開始時回転位置に基づいて該回転子の現在の回転位置を推定し、該推定した回転子の現在の回転位置と前記計算した回転座標系目標電圧とに基づいて前記目標電圧を計算する手段である請求項10ないし12いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記検出された回転位置と前記設定された開始時回転位置とに基づいて前記回転子が略停止しているか否かを判定する非回転判定手段を備える請求項8ないし14いずれか記載の車両。
- 請求項8または9記載の車両であって、
前記開始時回転位置設定手段は、前記回転子が回転しないようにするのに十分な電流が前記電動機に印加されるようになった以降に前記検出された回転位置を前記開始時回転位置として設定する手段であり、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記開始時回転位置設定手段により前記開始時回転位置が設定された以降、前記回転子が回転しないようにした状態で前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう制御する手段である
車両。 - 請求項16記載の車両であって、
前記電動機は、三相交流電動機であり、
前記シフトレバーが前記駐車ポジションのとき、前記電動機の各相に印加される電流を三相−二相変換することによりd軸の電流およびq軸の電流を計算し、該計算したd軸の電流が所定電流を含む所定の電流範囲内にあるときに該回転子が回転しないようにするのに十分な電流が該電動機に印加されるようになったと判定する電流判定手段を備え、
前記開始時回転位置設定手段は、前記電流判定手段による判定結果に基づいて前記開始時回転位置を設定する手段である
車両。 - 前記始動時制御手段は、前記開始時回転位置設定手段により前記開始時回転位置が設定される前、前記電動機から前記回転軸に駆動力が入出力されないよう制御する手段である請求項16または17記載の車両。
- 前記始動時制御手段は、前記回転子が回転しないよう前記電動機を制御し、該回転子が回転しない状態で前記モータリング手段による前記内燃機関のモータリングが開始されるよう制御する手段である請求項6ないし18いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記モータリング手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記回転軸と第3軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項1ないし19いずれか記載の車両。
- 内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記回転軸と車軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達およびシフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときの前記回転軸と前記車軸との接続の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記回転軸の回転を制限するための前記電動機からの動力の出力を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する
車両の制御方法。 - 内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と回転軸とに接続され該回転軸への動力の出力を伴って該内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記回転軸と車軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達およびシフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときの前記回転軸と前記車軸との接続の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
シフトレバーが駐車ポジションの状態のときに前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記電動機による前記回転軸の回転の制限を伴って前記内燃機関がモータリングされて始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と該電動機とを制御する
