- 透光性を有する表面部材と、
透光性を有する裏面部材と、
前記表面部材と前記裏面部材との間に配置された、光を反射する材質からなる中間部材と、
前記表面部材と前記中間部材との間に、その受光面を前記表面部材側に向けて配置された、複数の太陽電池素子を電気的に接続した第1の太陽電池素子群と、
前記裏面部材と前記中間部材との間に、その受光面を前記裏面部材側に向けて配置された、複数の太陽電池素子を電気的に接続した第2の太陽電池素子群と、
前記中間部材と、前記第1の太陽電池素子群又は前記第2の太陽電池素子群の間に設けられる熱可塑性樹脂シートと
を備える、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の太陽電池素子群と前記第2の太陽電池素子群とは、いずれも前記複数の太陽電池素子が直列に接続されてなり、前記中間部材又は前記熱可塑性樹脂シートを介して、互いに電気的に絶縁されている請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の太陽電池素子群を構成する太陽電池素子と、前記第2の太陽電池素子群を構成する太陽電池素子とは、異なる最適動作波長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
