Description
したがって、高度の色強度を有する光堅牢性染色物、特に高温での光堅牢性染色物を与え、かつ良好な満遍ない特性を示す、新規な熱安定性染料が必要とされている。
Dは、ベンゼン、ナフタレン、ジフェニル、チオフェン、ベンゾチアゾール、ベンゾイソチアゾール、チアジアゾール、インダゾール、ベンゾトリアゾール、ピラゾール、アントラキノン、ナフタル酸イミド、クロモン、フタルイミド、またはジフェニレンオキシド系列のジアゾ成分の基であり、
R1は、非置換または置換アリール基であり、そしてR2は、非置換または置換アリール基であり、
ただし式(1a)および(1b):
で示されるアゾ染料に関する。
ハロゲンとしてのRは、臭素、フッ素および特に塩素である。
D−NH2 (50)
の化合物を慣用の手法によってジアゾ化し、次いで、式(51):
で示される化合物を反応させることにより製造できる。
少なくとも1種の式(1)の赤色染色染料、
少なくとも1種の式(5)、(6)および(7):
本発明に係る3色プロセスの好ましい実施態様において、式(1)の赤色染色アゾ染料は、式(5)の青色染色染料または式(7)の青色染色染料、および式(8)の黄色染色染料と一緒に使用される。
合成疎水性布地材料は、特に、直鎖芳香族ポリエステル、例えばテレフタル酸とグリコール、特にエチレングリコールとのポリエステル、またはテレフタル酸と1,4-ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンとの縮合生成物、ポリカーボネート、例えばα,α−ジメチル−4,4−ジヒドロキシ−ジフェニルメタンとホスゲンからのもの、ならびにポリ塩化ビニルベースの繊維およびポリアミドベースの繊維からなる。
A. 50℃で溶融したp−トルイジン136.70g、炭酸ナトリウム55.70gおよび2,6−ジクロロ−3−シアノ−メチルピリジン47.70gを実験用反応装置に入れ、50〜55℃で2時間攪拌し、次いで150℃に加熱し、その温度で40時間維持した。次いで、反応素材を170℃に加熱し、その温度で約8時間攪拌し、その後80℃に冷却した。
反応素材の反応が終了したとき、エタノール250.00mlおよび水250.00mlを加え、混合物を5分間攪拌したのち、放置した。二層が形成され、上部の水/p−トルイジン/エタノール相を分離して棄てた。1NのHCl500mlを下相に加え、混合物を2時間攪拌した。得られた結晶性反応生成物をろ取し、中性になるまで1NのHCl500.00mlと脱イオン水1000.00mlで洗浄し、60℃で48時間真空乾燥させた。

ポリエステル粒(PET Arnite D04−300、DSM)1200.00gを130℃で4時間予備乾燥させ、次いで式(2):
得られた中性の赤色のポリエステル粒は良好な満遍ない特性、特に、非常に良好な光堅牢性および高温光堅牢性を有していた。
ポリエステル粒(PET Arnite D04−300、DSM)1200.00gを75℃で4時間予備乾燥させ、次いで式(2)のアゾ染料30重量%と式(5)の染料70重量%を含有する染料混合物0.036gを、「ローラーラック」混合装置中で15分間、毎分60回転で均一に混合した。均一な混合物を、6つの加熱ゾーンを有する押出し機(Collin社の25mm二軸スクリュー、D-85560 Ebersberg)で最高温度220℃で押出し、水で冷却し、造粒機(StuttgartのScheer社のSGS 50 ET)で造粒し、その後、75℃で4時間乾燥させた。
得られた紫色のポリエステル粒は良好な満遍ない特性、特に、非常に良好な光堅牢性および高温光堅牢性を有していた。
ポリエステル粒(PET Arnite D04−300、DSM)1200.00gを75℃で4時間予備乾燥させ、次いで式(2)のアゾ染料0.006g、式(7)の染料0.012gおよび式(8)の染料0.012gを、「ローラーラック」混合装置中で15分間、毎分60回転で均一に混合した。均一な混合物を、6つの加熱ゾーンを有する押出し機(Collin社の25mm二軸スクリュー、D-85560 Ebersberg)で最高温度220℃で押出し、水で冷却し、造粒機(StuttgartのScheer社のSGS 50 ET)で造粒し、その後、75℃で4時間乾燥させた。
得られた灰色を帯びたポリエステル粒は良好な満遍ない特性、特に、非常に良好な光堅牢性および高温光堅牢性を有していた。
実施例1と同様にして、表1〜10に列挙するアゾ染料を調製することができ、これらは同様に、ポリエステルを赤い色調に染めた。

- 高分子量有機材料と染色上有効な量の少なくとも1種の請求項1記載の式(1)のモノアゾ染料とを一緒に混合することを含む、着色プラスチックまたはカラーポリマー粒子の製造方法。
