Description
図1には本発明の空気入りタイヤが乗用車用ラジアルタイヤに適用された実施形態の断面図が示されている。本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ1は、トレッド部2と、その両端部からタイヤ半径方向内方にのびる一対のサイドウォール部3、3と、さらにその内方端に設けられた一対のビード部4、4とを有し、図にはチューブレスタイプのものが示される。また空気入りタイヤ1は、トレッド部2からサイドウォール部3を経てビード部4に至るトロイド状のカーカス6と、このカーカス6のタイヤ半径方向外側かつトレッド部2の内方に配されたベルト層7とが設けられる。
図8に示すように、空気入りタイヤ1から、試験片として、インナーライナ10と補強シート11とを一体に切り出すとともに、それらの界面をナイフ等で離間させ、長さL=20mmの非接着部15を形成する。そして、補強シート11及びインナーライナ10をそれぞれ180度反対側に引張試験器を用いて引っ張り、両者の間に剥離が生じた時の引張り力(N)を試験片の幅で除した値を剥離強度とする。なお試験片は、タイヤ軸方向の幅20mm、タイヤ周方向の長さ120mmとする。タイヤ周方向の一端側には前記比接着部15が設けられる。
各供試タイヤを下記の条件でテスト車両の全輪に装着し、プロのテストドライバー1名乗車にてテストコースを走行し、ニュートラル付近の手応え及びレーンチェンジ性能を評価した。ニュートラル付近の手応えは、微小舵角走行時にハンドルから運転者に伝わる力を評価した。またレーンチェンジ性能は、緩、急二種類のレーンチェンジを行い、それぞれの車両の動きのスムーズさをドライバーの官能評価により評価した。結果は、従来例を100とする指数で示される。数値が大きいほど良好である。

テスト車両:排気量2000cm3 の国産FR車
上と同じ条件で、良路、不整路及び突起段差路の3種のテストコースを走行し、それぞれの走行路について、ゴツゴツ感、ブルブル感、突起乗り越え時のショック吸収性及びダンピング等を総合してドライバーの官能により評価した。結果は、従来例を100とする指数で示される。数値が大きいほど良好である。

Claims (2)
- 生タイヤを加硫してタイヤ基体を得る工程と、前記タイヤ基体のタイヤ内腔面に、厚さが2.0mm以下、タイヤ周方向に沿った引張剛性が11〜220N/10mm及びタイヤ軸方向に沿った引張剛性が11〜130N/10mmである補強シートを固着する工程とを含むことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記補強シートは、予め、シート基材の少なくとも一方の面に、粘着剤が塗布された粘着シート体からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
