Description
Claims (6)
- 車両走行中の運転者のための運転支援を行う運転支援手段と、車速が動作下限速度閾値以下の場合に前記運転支援を制限する制限手段とを具備する運転支援装置において、
運転者の覚醒度を判定する覚醒度判定手段を備え、
前記覚醒度が低下した場合に、前記制限手段による前記運転支援の制限を緩和することを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 前記覚醒度が低下した場合に、前記動作下限速度閾値を低くすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の運転支援装置。
- 前記覚醒度が低下した場合に、前記制限手段による運転支援の制限を解除することを特徴とする請求項1記載の運転支援装置。
- 前記運転支援手段は、前記運転支援として、自車両が走行する走行レーンを認識し、走行レーンと自車両との位置関係に基づいて自車両が走行レーンを逸脱するか否かを判定し、逸脱すると判定した場合に運転者に警報を発することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の運転支援装置。
- 前記運転支援手段は、前記運転支援として、自車両が走行する走行レーンを認識し、走行レーンと自車両との位置関係に基づいて自車両が走行レーンを逸脱するか否かを判定し、逸脱すると判定した場合に、逸脱を防止するために必要な操舵トルクを付与することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の運転支援装置。
- 前記覚醒度判定手段は、運転者の顔画像を取得し、運転者の顔向き角度に基づいて覚醒度を判定することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の運転支援装置。
