本発明は、例えばオキシデーションディッチ法等に代表される比較的小規模の下水処理作業において発生する懸濁微粒子を含む懸濁液を、濾液と懸濁微粒子とに分離するためのスクリュー式濾過脱水装置に関するものである。

多数枚の環状濾過プレートを所要の間隔を保持して積層状に配列させ各環状濾過プレート間の間隙を濾水流出溝とする筒状の濾過体に形成し、該濾過体の始端開口部を汚泥の送り込み口とし終端開口部を脱水ケーキの送り出し口として中心孔にスクリューコンベアを嵌装してなるスクリュー式濾過脱水装置は公知である。そして濾過体の形成状態を保持させるについては一般に、各環状濾過プレートの周辺複数箇所より張出された耳部にボルト挿通用の孔を穿設し、短管状のスペーサを介装させて各プレートの耳部の孔にそれぞれ通しボルトを挿通し、該通しボルトの端部をナットで螺着するという構造が採られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
しかし特許文献1に示された構造では、濾過体の組立時において多数枚の環状濾過プレートおよび短管状のスペーサを複数本の通しボルトに逐一嵌挿して行かなければならず、多大の時間と労力を費やして組立の作業性が悪く製造コストが嵩むことになる。そして汚泥を扱うこの種の装置には摩耗したプレートの交換等により、濾過体の分解作業を伴う保守点検が屡々必要であり、特許文献1に示された構造では、分解時において複数本の通しボルトを各環状濾過プレートおよび短管状のスペーサから抽脱しなければならず、また、分解後には再び前述の手順で濾過体の組立を行わなければならないという煩わしさがある。

本発明の目的は、濾過体の組立および分解が正確で迅速かつ容易に行われ、ローコストに製造し得られると共にメンテナンス性にも優れた、スクリュー式濾過脱水装置を提供することにある。

【問題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る請求項1記載のスクリュー式濾過脱水装置では、壁面に濾水流出窓を開設した筒状外枠内に多数枚の環状濾過プレートを互に細隙を保持して積層状に配列させ各環状濾過プレート間の細隙を濾水流出溝とする筒状の濾過体に形成し、該濾過体の始端開口部を汚泥の送り込み口とし終端開口部を脱水ケーキの送り出し口として中心孔にスクリューコンベアを嵌装してなるスクリュー式濾過脱水装置において、各環状濾過プレートの外周縁に位置決め用嵌部を刻設すると共に筒状外枠の内周に沿って回り止め用杆体を縦設し、該回り止め用杆体に前記位置決め用嵌部を係止させた状態により各環状濾過プレートが筒状外枠内に配列されるよう構成した。また、請求項2記載のスクリュー式濾過脱水装置では請求項1記載の発明を前提として、筒状外枠の内周に縦設される回り止め用杆体が、筒状外枠の外側から螺装されるボルトによって定着せられ、該ボルトを取り外すことにより筒状外枠の枠端部から抽出可能に構成されている。

1は壁面要所に濾水流出窓2・・2開設した筒状外枠、3は筒状外枠1の内周に沿って縦設された回り止め用杆体であり、その定着態様としては例えば、筒状外枠1の外側から螺装されるボルト4によって定着せられ、該ボルト4を取り外すことにより筒状外枠1の枠端部から抽出可能に構成せられ、或いは筒状外枠1の内側に刻設された凹溝5に嵌入せられ、筒状外枠1の枠端部から抽出可能に構成せられ、或いは筒状外枠1の内側に刻設された凹溝5に嵌入され且つ筒状外枠1の外側から螺装されるボルト4によって定着せられ、該ボルト4を取り外すことにより筒状外枠1の枠端部から抽出可能に構成されている。6は筒状濾過体であり、筒状外枠1内において多数枚の環状濾過プレート7・・7を所要の細隙を保持して積層状に配列させ、各環状濾過プレート7・・7間の細隙を濾水流出溝8・・8に形成する。各環状濾過プレート7・・7の外周縁には位置決め用嵌部9が刻設されていて、該位置決め用嵌部9を前記回り止め用杆体3に係止させた状態により各環状濾過プレート7・・7が筒状外枠1内に配列される。なお、各環状濾過プレート7・・7の各積層間にそれぞれ環状可動プレート10・・10を遊嵌させた態様とすることもある。11・・11は各環状濾過プレート7・・7の板面要所に凸設された間隔保持具であり、前述のように環状可動プレート10・・10の遊嵌されている場合には、これら環状可動プレート10・・10の肉厚よりも僅かに厚く且つ各環状可動プレート10・・10と非接触状態に保たれる位置において間隔保持具11・・11が配設される。12は濾過体6の形成状態を保持させるための固定環であり、筒状外枠1の枠端部に着脱自在に定着されている。そして濾過体6の始端開口部を汚泥の送り込み口13とし終端開口部を脱水ケーキの送り出し口14として中心孔15にスクリューコンベア16を嵌装する。17はスクリューコンベア16を駆動するための原動機、18は送り出し口14に付設された吐出圧調整弁である。
