また、第3ゴム状弾性体11は中間筒4と内筒1に加硫接着している。前記軸芯方向における第3ゴム状弾性体11の長さを、前記軸芯方向における液室5の長さよりも短く設定して、軸芯方向で第3ゴム状弾性体11を液室5の中央部(この中央部は内外筒1,2及び中間筒4の軸芯方向の中央部でもある)に対応する位置に配置してある。

Claims (6)
- 内筒を挟んで位置する一対の第1ゴム状弾性体を内筒と中間筒の間に介在させるとともに、前記中間筒を挟んで位置する一対の第2ゴム状弾性体を、前記第1ゴム状弾性体の外側の中間筒と外筒の間に介在させ、前記中間筒と外筒の間に、前記一対の第2ゴム状弾性体とは別の方向から前記中間筒を挟んで位置する一対の液室と、両液室同士を連通させるオリフィスとを形成し、前記内外筒の軸芯方向における前記液室の端部壁を、前記中間筒と外筒の相対変位に伴って伸張圧縮されるゴム壁に構成し、一方の液室の裏側の中間筒と内筒の間、及び、他方の液室の裏側の中間筒と内筒の間に、前記軸芯方向における長さが前記第1ゴム状弾性体及び第2ゴム状弾性体よりも短く、前記内外筒の周方向で前記周方向における端部が前記第1ゴム状弾性体の側壁に一体に連なる第3ゴム状弾性体をそれぞれ介在させ、前記中間筒に対する外筒の傾斜量を制限する傾斜量制限ストッパを、前記軸芯方向で前記液室の外方側の外筒の一端部と中間筒の一端部との間に少なくとも一対設けるとともに、前記傾斜量制限ストッパを前記外筒の他端部と中間筒の他端部との間に少なくとも一対設けてある液封入式防振装置。
- 前記第2ゴム状弾性体及びゴム壁を、前記中間筒と、前記外筒に対する嵌合筒とにわたって加硫成形し、前記嵌合筒を外筒に内嵌してある請求項1記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記一対の傾斜量制限ストッパを前記中間筒の一端部に、前記外筒の内周部又は嵌合筒の内周部と設定間隔を空けて設け、別の前記一対の傾斜量制限ストッパを前記中間筒の他端部に、前記外筒の内周部又は嵌合筒の内周部と設定間隔を空けて設けてある請求項1又は2記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記軸芯方向における前記第3ゴム状弾性体の長さを、前記軸芯方向における前記液室の長さよりも短く設定して、前記軸芯方向で前記第3ゴム状弾性体を前記液室の中央部に対応する位置に配置してある請求項1,2,3のいずれか一つに記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記一対の傾斜量制限ストッパを扇形に形成して、前記内筒を挟んで位置する状態に配置するとともに、前記周方向における前記傾斜量制限ストッパの長さを、前記周方向における一対の傾斜量制限ストッパの間隔よりも短く設定してある請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記周方向で前記傾斜量制限ストッパを前記液室の中央部に対応する位置に配置してある請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の液封入式防振装置。
