Claims (22)
- 金属集電体と,
前記金属集電体に形成された活物質粉末,ポリオレフィン系重合体,および水溶性高分子を含む活物質層と,
を含んで成り、
前記活物質は,リチウムを可逆的に吸蔵および放出可能な物質と,リチウムとの合金化が可能な金属物質との混合物であることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系重合体は,
ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン,およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系重合体は,
前記活物質粉末100重量部に対し,0.1〜10重量部の量で使用されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記水溶性高分子は,
カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC),ポリビニルアルコール,ポリビニルピロリドン,ポリアクリル酸,ポリメタクリル酸,ポリエチレンオキサイド,ポリアクリルアミド,ポリ−N−イソプロピルアクリルアミド,ポリ−N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド,ポリエチレンイミン,ポリオキシエチレン,ポリ(2−メトキシエトキシエチレン),ポリ(3−モルピリニルエチレン),ポリビニルスルホン酸,アミロース,およびこれら2以上の混合物から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記水溶性高分子は,
前記活物質粉末100重量部に対し0.1〜10重量部の範囲で含まれることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記リチウムを可逆的に吸蔵および放出可能な物質は,
人造黒鉛,天然黒鉛,黒鉛化炭素繊維,黒鉛化メソカーボンマイクロビード,フラーレン(fullerene),および非晶質炭素から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記リチウムとの合金化が可能な金属は,
Al,Si,Sn,Pb,Zn,Bi,In,Mg,Ga,Cd,およびGeから成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記金属集電体は,
パンチングメタル,エックスパンチングメタル,金箔,発泡金属,網状金属繊維焼結体,ニッケル箔,および銅箔から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - さらに,導電材を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。
- 前記導電材は,
ニッケル粉末,酸化コバルト,酸化チタン,およびカーボンから成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 前記カーボンは,
ケッチェンブラック(Ketjenblack),アセチレンブラック,ファーネスブラック,黒鉛,炭素繊維,およびフラーレンから成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池用陰極。 - 金属集電体と,
前記金属集電体に形成された活物質粉末,ポリオレフィン系重合体,および水溶性高分子を含む活物質層と,
を含んで成る陰極を含み、
前記活物質は,リチウムを可逆的に吸蔵および放出可能な物質と,リチウムとの合金化が可能な金属物質との混合物であることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系重合体は,
ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン,およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系重合体は,
前記活物質粉末100重量部に対し,0.1〜10重量部の量で使用されることを特徴とする,請求項12または13に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記水溶性高分子は,
カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC),ポリビニルアルコール,ポリビニルピロリドン,ポリアクリル酸,ポリメタクリル酸,ポリエチレンオキサイド,ポリアクリルアミド,ポリ−N−イソプロピルアクリルアミド,ポリ−N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド,ポリエチレンイミン,ポリオキシエチレン,ポリ(2−メトキシエトキシエチレン),ポリ(3−モルピリニルエチレン),ポリビニルスルホン酸,アミロース,およびこれら2以上の混合物から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記水溶性高分子は,
前記活物質粉末100重量部に対し0.1〜10重量部の範囲で含まれることを特徴とする,請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記リチウムを可逆的に吸蔵および放出可能な物質は,
人造黒鉛,天然黒鉛,黒鉛化炭素繊維,黒鉛化メソカーボンマイクロビード,フラーレン(fullerene),および非晶質炭素から成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記リチウムとの合金化が可能な金属は,
Al,Si,Sn,Pb,Zn,Bi,In,Mg,Ga,Cd,およびGeから成る群より選択される一であることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記金属集電体は,
