Claims (4)
- 圧電体に変形のための電界を発生する電極に駆動回路から駆動電圧を供給し、前記圧電体の変形によって液室内の液体に圧力を付与して該液室内部から外部に液体を移送する液体移送装置において、
一平面において開口した複数の前記液室が、その一平面上に並列して形成されるとともに、前記液室の各々に連通するノズルを複数備えた流路ユニットと、
その流路ユニットの前記一平面に複数の前記液室の開口を覆うように固着されるとともに、前記流路ユニットの前記一平面よりも外方まで延びる絶縁シート体と、
その絶縁シート体上に複数の前記液室に対応して形成されている前記電極の一方である複数の個別電極と、
その絶縁シート体上に形成され、前記複数の個別電極と前記駆動回路とを接続する個別電極用配線と、
前記絶縁シート体上において、前記複数の個別電極を覆うように、前記各液室にわたって連続したシート状に形成された圧電体と、
前記絶縁シート体と反対側の前記圧電体の面において、前記複数の個別電極と対向するように各液室にわたって延び、前記複数の個別電極に対する前記電極の他方である共通電極となる導電性シートとを備え、
前記駆動回路は、前記絶縁シート体上の前記一平面よりも外方において、前記複数の個別電極用配線と接続するように実装され、
前記絶縁シート体は、前記一平面よりも外方の先端において、制御回路から送信されるデータ信号を前記駆動回路に送信するためのインターフェース基板と配線接続される端子部を有し、前記圧電体の変形を前記液室に伝達する振動板を兼ねていることを特徴とする液体移送装置。 - 前記圧電体は、該圧電体を構成する超微粒子材料を前記絶縁シート体上に堆積して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体移送装置。
- 前記電極は、該電極を構成する微粒子材料を前記絶縁シート体又は前記圧電体上に堆積して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液体移送装置。
- 前記導電性シートは、導電性を有する微粒子材料を前記圧電体上に堆積して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の液体移送装置。
