Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag capable of separating and storing the contents, and more particularly, for example, suitable for storing an adhesive or the like that is used by mixing fluids such as two kinds of liquids.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of packaging bag, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-172573 is known.
The packaging bag described in this publication forms a partition seal portion by weakly bonding sheets in the center of the bag body, and the two storage chambers are partitioned by the partition seal portion.
Such a packaging bag stores different kinds of liquids in the respective storage chambers, peels off the sheets of the partition wall seal portion during use, and connects the storage chambers to each other to mix the liquids inside.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the packaging bag described in the above publication, it is necessary to peel the sheets of the weakly bonded parts when mixing the internal contents, and the peeling work is complicated.
Furthermore, because the adhesion of the sheet in the partition seal portion is weak, there is a possibility that the sheets in the partition seal portion will be inadvertently peeled off during transportation of goods and the contents in the accommodation chamber may be mixed.
In addition, once the sheets in the partition seal portion are peeled off, all the contents in the accommodation chamber are mixed, and therefore, all the contents in the packaging bag must be used up at once.
[0004]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and provides a packaging bag that can be accommodated so as not to inadvertently mix the contents in the respective accommodation chambers and can be easily taken out. This is the issue.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the packaging bag according to the present invention is a packaging in which the storage chambers 4, 4 are divided into two or more through a partition seal portion 3 formed by bonding the opposing sheets 2, 2 together. a bag, the edge of the bag body 1 Note Daegu 10 is attached with a pouring outlet 12 for dispensing the contained object in the storage space 4, infusion Daegu 10 compartment partitioning the pouring outlet 12 the wall 13, and a joint portion 20 which sheets are adhered in succession with the septum seal portion 3 while being projected continuously connected to said section Ekabe 13, the joint portion 20, the sheet 2 to be bonded It is characterized in that the width in the thickness direction is formed so as to narrow toward the tip 20a .
[0006]
In the packaging bag having the above structure, the stored items can be stored in the storage chambers 4 and 4 defined by the partition wall seal portion 3 and the joint portion 20, respectively, and the stored items are poured out from the pouring tool 10. Can be used.
In addition, since the sheets 2 and 2 are bonded to the joint portion 20 continuously with the partition wall seal portion 3, the joint portion 20 can prevent mixing of the contents in the storage chambers 4 and 4.
[0007]
Further, the pouring tool 10 is provided with a partition wall 13 for partitioning the pouring path 12, and the joint portion 20 is connected to the partition wall 13 so as to project , so that the contents in the one storage chamber 4 are poured into the pouring path. It can be prevented from flowing into the other storage chamber 4 via 12.
[0009]
In particular, since the joint portion 20 has a shape in which the width in the thickness direction of the sheet 2 is narrowed toward the tip portion, the sheets 2 and 2 can be easily and reliably bonded to the joint portion 20 continuously with the partition wall seal portion 3.
[0010]

[0014]
The pouring tool main body 11 includes a substantially cylindrical spout portion 16 that protrudes upward from the central portion of the attachment portion 15.
The opening 16a on the upper surface of the spout 16 is provided so as to be openable and closable by a screw-type lid 17, and a screw-type lid 17 is detachably attached to the outer peripheral surface of the spout 16 (not shown) )It has become.
[0015]
Further, the pouring tool body 11 is formed with a pouring path 12 that allows the storage chamber 4 and the opening 16a to communicate with each other, and the pouring path 12 is divided into left and right by a partition wall 13 provided at the center of the pouring tool body 11. Has been.
Here, the upper end 13a of the partition wall 13 is provided slightly below the upper edge of the spout portion 16, and the lid 17 has a protruding portion 17a that can come into contact with the upper end 13a of the partition wall 13 when closed. Projecting downward.
The pouring channel 12 is formed in a substantially elliptical shape as a whole in the passage portion 12a inside the attachment portion 15, and the passage portion 12a of the attachment portion 15 is located on the left and right sides of the passage portion 12b of the spout portion 16. Largely formed.
[0016]
The joint portion 20 is connected to the partition wall 13 of the extraction tool main body 11 and protrudes downward, and has substantially the same width as the partition wall 13 and the partition wall seal portion 3 of the bag body 1.
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 (b) and 3 (b), the joint portion 20 has an upper outer surface 20b flush with the outer surface of the mounting portion 15, and the thickness direction of the sheet 2 extends toward the lower end 20a. It is formed in a shape in which the width in the (front-rear direction) is narrowed sequentially.
Furthermore, the vertical length of the joint portion 20 is set to about one sixth of the vertical length of the bag body 1.
[0017]
Next, a method for accommodating different components used as adhesives by mixing with the packaging bag having the above-described configuration in each accommodation chamber will be described.
First, the side edges of the pair of square-shaped sheets 2 and 2 are heat-sealed to form the bag body 1 in a bag shape in which the upper edge portion 1a and the lower edge portion 1b are opened.
[0018]
Then, the pouring tool 10 is inserted into the upper edge portion 1a of the bag body 1, and the side peripheral surface of the attachment portion 15 and the inside of the front and rear sheets 2 and 2 of the bag body 1 are heat sealed, At the same time as the upper edge 1a of 1 is sealed, the pouring tool 10 is attached to the bag body 1. In addition, if the attachment part 15 of the extraction tool 10 is heated beforehand at the time of this heat sealing, it can heat-seal more efficiently.
[0019]
At the time of this heat sealing, the upper end edge of the bag body 1 is sealed while being pressed from the outside by a heating pressing means such as a heat bar having a recess that substantially matches the shape of the mounting portion 15. As described above, the mounting portion 15 is substantially Since it is formed in an elliptical shape and the curve of the peripheral surface is gentle, it is easy to press and at the same time, it is possible to apply a pressing force almost uniformly over the entire surface, and it is difficult to generate a defective seal that cannot be sealed with the bag body 1.
Further, since the partition wall 13 is provided like a reinforcing rib inside the mounting portion 15, it is possible to prevent the mounting portion 15 from being deformed or damaged by a pressing force with a heat seal bar or the like, and a strong pressing force can be prevented. It can be reliably sealed by applying pressure.
[0020]
Next, the inside of the front and rear sheets 2 and 2 is heat sealed across the center of the bag body 1 to which the dispensing tool 10 is attached as described above to form the partition seal portion 3 of the bag body 1. At the same time, the outer surface of the joint portion 20 of the pouring tool 10 and the inner surfaces of the sheets 2 and 2 are bonded together, and the left and right accommodation chambers 4 and 4 are partitioned by the partition wall seal portion 3 and the joint portion 20.
[0021]
At the time of this heat sealing, since the joining portion 20 is formed in a shape in which the width in the thickness direction of the sheet 2 is narrowed toward the lower end 20a, the sheets 2 and 2 are accurately joined continuously to the partition wall sealing portion 3. Can be glued to the outer surface. Further, since the joining portion 20 is also provided with a gently curved surface, it can be easily pressed by a heat seal bar or the like.
Further, since the outer surface 20b of the upper part of the joint part 20 is formed flush with the outer surface of the attachment part 15, there is no gap between the sheets 2, 2 even at the upper part of the joint part 20, and the sheets 2, 2 Can be continuously bonded to the mounting portion 15.
[0022]
From the lower edge portion 1b of the bag body 1 in which the storage chambers 4 and 4 are partitioned as described above, the respective storage chambers 4 and 4 are filled with adhesive components. When filling, the opening 16a of the spout 16 is closed by the lid 17.
Then, by heat-sealing the lower edge portion 1b, a packaging bag in which the components of the adhesive are stored in the storage chambers 4 and 4 can be manufactured.
[0023]
When it is desired to use the adhesive packaged in the packaging bag as described above, the lid body 17 is first removed, and the bag body 1 is pressed and poured out from the opening 16a of the spout 16 to be poured out. In addition, it is possible to mix and use the contained items, and there is no need to separate the sheets of the partition seal part from each other as in a conventional packaging bag.
[0024]
In addition, since the bag body 1 is composed of a flexible sheet 2 during the pouring, the components can be easily poured out by pressing the storage chamber 4 from the outside, while being joined close to the passage portion 12a of the mounting portion 15. Since the portion 20 is positioned, it is possible to prevent the lower opening (the opening at the lower end of the attachment portion 15) of the pouring path 12 from being blocked by the flexible sheet 2.
[0025]
In addition, since the length of the junction 20 is about one-sixth of the length of the bag body 1 and is slightly interposed from the top of the bag body 1, the amount of items stored in the storage chamber 4 is reduced. Even in this case, the contents can be accurately poured out by, for example, rounding the lower part of the bag body 1. Furthermore, since the joining portion 20 has a shape that is gradually narrowed in the thickness direction of the sheet 2 from the lower end 20a, it can be used almost completely without leaving any accommodation.
[0026]
Moreover, since the lid 17 can be closed and stored after use, it is not necessary to use up all at once like a conventional packaging bag.
[0027]
Furthermore, unlike the conventional packaging bag, it is not necessary to weakly bond the sheets 2 and 2 of the partition wall seal part 3, and the sheets 2 and 2 can be bonded together so that they cannot be peeled off. It is possible to prevent mixing of the contents in the storage chambers 4 and 4 due to inadvertent peeling.
[0028]
<Other embodiments>
In the first embodiment, the case where the adhesive component is stored in the storage chamber 4 has been described. However, the packaging bag according to the present invention is not limited to this, and a seasoning such as miso, a drug such as a pharmaceutical, Various viscous bodies such as paints and hair dyeing liquids, liquids, powders and the like can be accommodated.
[0029]
Moreover, although the thing which attached the screw type lid body 17 to the spout part 16 so that attachment or detachment was possible was demonstrated, the thing which attached the lid body with another fitting structure, or the pouring tool and the hinge part Even if it is provided integrally via the hinge and is provided rotatably via the hinge portion, the design can be changed as appropriate.
[0030]
In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of openings 18 a are provided corresponding to the pouring paths 12 partitioned by the partition wall 13, and a lid body 17 provided so that the openings 18 a can be opened and closed by lid parts 19 is attached. In such a case, there is an advantage that only the contents in the desired storage chamber 4 can be poured out. In the lid body 17 shown in FIG. 4, a lid portion 19 is rotatably provided on the lid body 18 via a hinge portion 19a, and each opening 18a is provided to be openable and closable.
[0031]
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, two storage chambers 4, 4 are formed in the bag body 1. However, as shown in FIG. 5, four storage chambers 4,. In short, any device having two or more storage chambers 4... Is within the intended scope of the present invention. In the packaging bag shown in FIG. 5, the pouring path 12 in the pouring tool body 11 is divided into four by three partition walls 13, as shown in FIG. 6, and connected to the three partition walls 13,. Three joint portions 20,... Project downward, and the packaging sheet 2 is bonded to the joint portions 20,. Note that the lid is not shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
[0032]
In the first embodiment, the formation of the partition wall seal portion 3 and the bonding between the outer surface of the joint portion 20 of the pouring tool 10 and the inner surfaces of the sheets 2 and 2 were performed simultaneously by one heat sealing. After bonding the sheets 2 and 2, the partition wall seal portion 3 can be formed by bonding the sheets 2 and 2 downward from the lower end 20 a of the joint portion 20.
[0033]
Further, in the first embodiment, the bag body 1 is made by stacking the two rectangular sheets 2, 2 and heat-sealing the peripheral edge portions 1a, 1b, 1c, but the side edge portion 1c or It may be a self-supporting bag shape having a gusset formed on the lower edge portion 1b, a tube-shaped film, or the like, and the shape of the bag body 1 can be appropriately changed in design.
In the first embodiment, the dispensing tool 10 is attached to the upper edge portion 1a of the bag body 1. However, the dispensing tool 10 is attached to the side edge portion 1c of the bag body 1 or the corner portion of the bag body 1. Are within the intended scope of the present invention.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the packaging bag according to the present invention, each container accommodated in the storage chamber partitioned by the partition seal part and the joint part can be used by being poured out from the pouring tool. There is no need to separate the sheet of the partition seal part like a bag.
Moreover, after mixing and using the poured out contents, it is not necessary to use up the contained contents at the same time as a conventional packaging bag by closing the pouring path of the pouring tool with a lid or the like.
Further, unlike the conventional packaging bag, it is not necessary to weakly bond the sheet of the partition wall seal portion, the sheets can be bonded to each other in an inseparable manner, and the accommodation chamber is inadvertently separated from the sheets of the partition wall seal portion. Can prevent mixing of the contents.
