従来、上扱き方式の扱胴に並設した処理胴をフィードチェン側に設け、後端で支持した側壁とともに機体後方に挿脱するものが実開昭61−152237号公報に記載され公知技術となっている。一方、下扱き方式の扱室後端と連通させた処理室において、処理胴軸を嵌脱できる接続構造にして処理胴を支持した後壁とともに、処理室後方に取出す構成にしたものが特開平06−276835号公報に開示され処理胴を脱着する技術が知られている。又、還元コンベヤの前端部に左右に伸延する二番物用処理胴の右端部を連通させ、左右に軸芯を有する処理胴を揺動本体上方に横架し、胴本体の終端部に板状の羽体を半径方向に突設させ、その位置から後方向に落下口を開口して未処理物を揺動本体の左端部上に排出するものが特開平11−332369号公報に記載されている。しかし、何れも処理胴を抜取る方向が開放された機外であって、本発明は二番揚穀筒に連結した処理装置を扱室内に向けて横設し、揺動選別体上に2番物を還元する二番処理装置にしてあって、機体側板に継設した処理室外筒内に装着した処理胴を扱室側から嵌脱し、点検整備を脱穀機内で行ったり、該処理胴を装着した状態のまま接続面を開放可能にして点検整備が行える構成にしたものである。

【実施例】
