Claims (3)
- 弁座(13)を有する弁座部材(10)に磁性円筒体(9)の前端が同軸に結合されて成る弁ハウジング(8)内に、前記弁座(13)に着座する側にばね付勢される弁体(20)が収容され、後端面を可動側吸引作用面(41)として前記弁体(20)に同軸に連接される可動コア(18)の一部を囲繞するようにして非磁性円筒体(26)の前端が前記磁性円筒体(9)の後端に同軸に結合され、前記非磁性円筒体(26)の後部には、前端面を固定側吸引作用面(42)とした固定コア(22)の前部が、前記可動側吸引作用面(41)に前記固定側吸引作用面(42)を対向させるようにして嵌合、固定される電磁式燃料噴射弁において、前記固定コア(22)の前部が、前記固定側吸引作用面(42)に対応する部分では前記非磁性円筒体(26)の中間部内面に密接するようにして、非磁性円筒体(26)に嵌合、固定され、前記固定側吸引作用面(42)に面一に連なる平面部(44a)を有する環状凹部(44)が、前記可動コア(18)の後部外周との間に環状室(45)を形成するようにして前記非磁性円筒体(26)の内面に設けられることを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
- 前記環状凹部(45)よりも前方側の前記非磁性円筒体(26)の内周で前記固定側吸引作用面(42)の外径よりも大きな内径を有する中心孔(46)が形成され、前記磁性円筒体(9)の内周には、前記中心孔(46)に面一に連なるガイド孔(17)が設けられ、前記固定側吸引作用面(42)と略同一外径の可動側吸引作用面(41)を後端面に有する前記可動コア(18)に、前記可動側吸引作用面(41)の外周よりも側方に張り出すガイド部(47)が、前記ガイド孔(17)に摺動自在に嵌合するようにして一体に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁を製造するにあたって、前記磁性円筒体(9)および前記非磁性円筒体(26)をそれぞれ形成するための円筒状の磁性円筒体素材(9′)および非磁性円筒体素材(26′)、ならびに前記固定コア(22)を形成するための前端外周に面取り部(48)を有する固定コア素材(22′)を準備する工程と;前記磁性円筒体素材(9′)に同軸に結合された状態にある前記非磁性円筒体(26′)の中間部内面に密接するように前記固定コア素材(22′)の前部を嵌合した状態で前記固定コア素材(22′)を前記非磁性円筒体素材(26′)に固定する工程と;前記面取り部(48)を除去するようにして前記固定コア素材(22′)の前部を研削して平坦な前記固定側吸引作用面(42)を形成するとともに前記非磁性円筒体素材(26′)および前記磁性円筒体素材(9′)の内周に研削加工を施して前記環状凹部(44)、前記中心孔(46)および前記ガイド孔(14)を形成する工程と;を順次実行することを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁の製造方法。
