Description
【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法及びヘッダタンク接合方法に関するものであり、特に熱交換機の材質をプラスチックで製作してフィン−管群と管群ヘッダを熱融着で結合して、フィン−管群とヘッダタンクを超音波融着させたプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法及びヘッダタンク接合方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の冷蔵庫用蒸発器に用いられる熱交換機は図6に図示されたように、多重の冷媒入口管2と冷媒出口管3とで形成される金属冷媒管1の外周にフィン4が形成されており、金属冷媒管1の左右側端には材質が金属である左側ヘッダ(図示せず)と右側ヘッダ6とが接合され、前記の金属冷媒管1の両側には除霜管7が設けられる。
前記のように構成された従来の熱交換機の作用を簡単に説明すると次の如くである。

蒸発器左側端の冷媒入口管2より流入した冷媒は水平蛇行状に形成された冷媒管を通って冷媒出口管3に至る。この過程で冷媒が蒸発過程を経て潜熱と現熱交換を通した熱交換を行う。この時冷媒出口管3を経た冷媒はアキュムレータ8を経るようになり、これは冷蔵庫周囲環境条件別負荷対応のための冷媒貯蔵タンクの役割と水−液分離器の2種の役割をする。除霜管7は蒸発器表面に付着される氷を周期的に除去しなければならないので電気加熱式ヒーターが用いられて、除霜管と接触するのはフィン端部でありほとんど線接触している。

図7及び図8は従来の冷蔵庫用蒸発器に用いられる他の熱交換機としてフィン−冷媒管−除霜管が一体に形成されたトライチューブ(Tri−tube)蒸発器である。
図7及び図8に図示されたように金属冷媒管11の外周にフィン12が形成されており、フィン12の外周に除霜管13が形成されている。
冷媒が蒸発器左側端のトライチューブ10左側端を通して流入して蛇行状に形成されたトライチューブ10を流れるようになっており、全体を流れて最終的にトライチューブ右側冷媒管14の出口にあるアキュムレータ15を経て流出されるようにした構造である。

前記したように従来のフィン−管蒸発器は金属冷媒管11とフィン12が冷媒管11の拡管によって結合された構造であり、冷媒管11の出口端にアキュムレータ15が熔接で接合されて冷蔵庫オン/オフ時騒音を誘発する。したがって本発明のようにプラスチック材質の熱交換機にはこのような従来の結合方法を用いることはできない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は前述したような問題点を解決するためのものであり、本発明の目的は、プラスチック材質のフィン−管群に管群ヘッダ及びヘッダタンクを接合することにおいて、管群ヘッダ及びヘッダタンクをフィン−管群とくっ付けた後熱融着機で加圧して熱融着させたプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法及びヘッダタンク接合方法を提供することにある。

したがって、本発明は熱交換機の材質をプラスチックに変更してプラスチック圧出によりフィンと管を一体としたことを特徴とし、この時ヘッダを予め形成された圧出管に重畳して加熱させるプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法と、前記管群ヘッダをヘッダタンクに超音波融着させるプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法を提供する。

本発明は前記の目的を達成するためにプラスチック材質の一定間隔の多数の冷媒管の外周にプスチック材質のフィンを一体に形成するフィン−管群形成段階と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群における前記多数の冷媒管の両側端に管群ヘッダを射出形成する段階と、プラスチック材料の前記管群ヘッダを熱融着治具で支えて、熱融着成形金型が形成された熱融着機により前記フィン−管群を加圧して前記フィン−管群と前記管群ヘッダを一体に熱融着接合させる段階を含んで構成されたことを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法を提供する。

本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前記熱融着機の熱融着成形金型の断面は逆三角形であることを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法を提供する。
本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前記フィン−管群と管群ヘッダが接合される部分である加熱融着部は熱融着機によって300〜320℃に維持した状態で素材厚さの50%まで加熱圧着することを特徴とする熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法を提供する。

本発明は前記の目的を達成するためにプラスチック材質の一定間隔の多数の冷媒管の外周にプスチック材質のフィンを一体に形成するフィン−管群形成段階と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群における前記多数の冷媒管の両側端に管群ヘッダを射出形成する段階と、前記プラスチック材質の管群ヘッダ上にプラスチック材質のヘッダタンクを結合する段階と、前記プラスチック材質のヘッダタンク上に熱発生装置を当接して、該熱発生装置を通して前記プラスチック材質のヘッダタンクと前記プラスチック材質の管群ヘッダとの接合部を熱融着させる段階とを含んで構成されたことを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法を提供する。

本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前記熱発生装置は圧電装置であることを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法を提供する。
本発明は前記の目的を達成するために前記圧電装置は15,000/sec の機械的な上/下振動エネルギーを維持させるようにし、可振増幅は0.06〜0.08mm(p−p)であることを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付した図面を参照しながら本発明をより詳細に説明する。
本発明によるプラスチック熱交換機112は図1に図示されたように、プラスチック材質の冷媒管114の外周にプラスチック材質のフィン116が一体に形成された後冷媒管114の端に図2に図示されたような管群ヘッダ120を嵌めてその上に図3に図示されたようなプラスチック材質の左右側ヘッダタンク124,126を各々接合したことである。

本発明のプラスチック熱交換機112を更に詳細に説明すると図1に図示されたように、一定間隔で多数形成された冷媒管114の外周にフィン116が形成される。本発明で別途に特定しなければ熱交換機の構成品はすべてプラスチック材質である。冷媒管114とフィン116は一体に形成されており、フィン−管群118の意味は多数の冷媒管114と多数のフィン116の集合を称する。

フィン−管群118の左側には左側ヘッダタンク124が結合されて、フィン−管群118の右側には右側ヘッダタンク126が結合される。前記の右側ヘッダタンク126には下部に冷媒入口管130が連結されて、上部に冷媒出口管132が連結される。
フィン−管群118と管群ヘッダ120の結合方法を詳細に説明すると次のようである。図2に図示されたように、フィン−管群118に管群ヘッダ120を射出形成する。

前記でフィン−管群118に管群ヘッダ120を射出形成した後にもその結合部の強度が弱いのでフィン−管群118の端部と管群ヘッダ120の上部一側を熱融着で結合する。熱融着方法は管群ヘッダ120の底面を、管群ヘッダを位置固定する熱融着治具金型136で支えた後、逆三角形(▽)形態の熱融着成形金型134を有する熱融着機128でフィン−管群118の上端を加圧する。

すなわち、一定間隔で多数形成されたフィン−管群118と一致するように多数の熱融着成形金型134を形成して、熱融着機128でフィン−管群118の上端を加圧した状態で熱融着機128に電源を供給すればフィン−管群の上端が熱により拡管されながらフィン−管群の外周に接触した管群ヘッダと一体に熱融着される。(参照番号138はフィン−管群と管群ヘッダが熱融着機によって熱融着された部分を示したことである。)

管群ヘッダ120とヘッダタンク124,126の結合方法を詳細に説明すると次の如くである。
図1と図3に図示されたように、フィン−管群118をヘッダタンク124,126に結合するためにはまずフィン−管群118の一端にフィン−管群118を固定させる管群ヘッダ120が設けられる。ここでフィン−管群118に管群ヘッダ120が射出形成され一体に形成される。
管群ヘッダ120にはヘッダタンク124,126が超音波によって加熱融着されるが、管群ヘッダ120とヘッダタンク124,126の結合方法は図4と図5に図示された如くである。

図4と図5に図示されたように、管群ヘッダ120の中央上部にヘッダタンク124,126の分離台133端部を一側管群ヘッダ120と他の一側管群ヘッダ120間に密着させた後ヘッダタンク124,126上で圧電装置129を通して機械的な振動エネルギーが与えられることによって管群ヘッダ120とヘッダタンク124,126が超音波モールディングで接合される。

すなわち、圧電装置129により15,000/sec の機械的な上、下振動エネルギーに変換する過程を伴って、この過程でヘッダタンク124,126が管群ヘッダ120と結合される。この時可振増幅は0.06〜0.08mm(p−p;peak to peak)であり、摩擦熱による試料接着時間は長くても1秒内に行われる。

【発明の効果】
前述したように、本発明によると冷媒管の出口端に設けられたアキュムレータによって冷蔵庫オン/オフ時生じた異常騒音を無くすことができて、熱融着でフィン−管群と管群ヘッダを接合して管群ヘッダとヘッダタンクを超音波接合することによりプラスチック材質の熱交換機製作が容易であって、その結果として熱交換機の製造原価を節減できる。

Claims (6)
- プラスチック材質の一定間隔の多数の冷媒管の外周にプスチック材質のフィンを一体に形成するフィン−管群形成段階と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群における前記多数の冷媒管の両側端に管群ヘッダを射出形成する段階と、プラスチック材料の前記管群ヘッダを熱融着治具で支えて、熱融着成形金型が形成された熱融着機により前記フィン−管群を加圧して前記フィン−管群と前記管群ヘッダを一体に熱融着接合させる段階を含んで構成されたことを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法。
- 前記熱融着機の熱融着成形金型の断面は逆三角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法。
- 前記フィン−管群と管群ヘッダが接合される部分である加熱融着部は熱融着機によって300〜320℃に維持した状態で素材厚さの50%まで加熱圧着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機の管群ヘッダ接合方法。
- プラスチック材質の一定間隔の多数の冷媒管の外周にプスチック材質のフィンを一体に形成するフィン−管群形成段階と、前記プラスチック材質のフィン−管群における前記多数の冷媒管の両側端に管群ヘッダを射出形成する段階と、前記プラスチック材質の管群ヘッダ上にプラスチック材質のヘッダタンクを結合する段階と、前記プラスチック材質のヘッダタンク上に熱発生装置を当接して該熱発生装置を通して前記プラスチック材質のヘッダタンクと前記プラスチック材質の管群ヘッダとの接合部を熱融着させる段階とを含んで構成されたことを特徴とするプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法。
- 前記熱発生装置は圧電装置であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法。
- 前記圧電装置は15,000/sec の機械的な上/下振動エネルギーを維持させるようにし、可振増幅は0.06〜0.08mm(p−p)であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラスチック熱交換機のヘッダタンク接合方法。
