도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대구경 PVC관 용접 장치를 개략적으로 나타낸 정면도.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대구경 PVC관 용접 장치의 지그를 나타낸 후면도.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대구경 PVC관 용접 장치의 열판과 주변 구성을 나타낸 블록구성도.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대구경 PVC관 용접 장치에 의해 용접된 엘보 PVC관을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (3)
- 부착할 2개의 원통형 대용량 PVC관 중 하나인 제1 PVC관을 좌측에 고정시키는 좌측지그;
부착할 2개의 원통형 대용량 PVC관 중 다른 하나인 제2 PVC관을 고정시키는 우측지그;
상기 우측지그와 좌측지그 사이를 왕복하는 레일위에 배치되며 상기 접합될 제1 PVC관과 제2 PVC관 사이에 개재되어 열을 가하고 상기 제1 PVC관과 제2 PVC관보다 직경이 큰 디스크 형태의 열판;
상기 좌측지그와 우측지그가 열판이 사이에 개재되면 상기 열판에 접촉하여 열에 의해 가열되어 접촉면이 열가소성 상태가 되도록 하고 상기 열판으로부터 이격되도록 하며 열판이 후진하여 빠지면 상기 좌측지그와 우측지그를 이동시켜 열가소성 상태의 제1 PCV관과 제2 PCV관을 용접시키는 제1 모터; 및
상기 PVC관 용접 장치를 지지하는 지지대;를 포함하고,
상기 열판은,
상기 열판이 이송되는 레일;
상기 레일 상에서 열판의 왕복운동에 대한 동력을 제공하는 제2 모터;
상기 열판의 내부에 구성되며 상기 열판의 내부에 구성된 열선을 가열시켜 상기 열판을 가열시키는 열선; 및
상기 열판이 상기 좌측지그와 우측지그가 교차하는 중간 지점에서 멈추도록 상기 열판의 위치를 한정하는 리미터;를 포함하며,
상기 열판은 중앙에는 통공이 형성되며 상기 통공은 제1 PVC관과 제2 PVC관보다 직경이 작게 구성되며, 엘보관을 형성하기 위하여 동일 직경을 가지며 동일한 각도로 잘려진 다수의 PVC관을 이어붙여 90도로 휘어진 엘보관을 형성시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 것인 대구경 PVC관 용접 장치. - 삭제
