【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、特にラベルプリン
タ、ラベル自動貼付機等のラベル連続体に印刷された検
出マークをセンサが検出して、印字或いはラベル貼付へ
出力する検出マーク付の台紙なし透明ラベル連続体に関
する。

【従来の技術】従来、この種透明なラベルであってもそ
の検出マークは一般に、ラベル裏面に有するテープ状台
紙の表面に施されているので問題はない。しかしこの通
常のテープ状台紙がない透明ラベル連続体の場合は問題
が発生する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は台紙のない透
明ラベル連続体で、かつこのラベル基材が透明な場合、
ラベル基材の表面にすでに施された文字、デザイン等が
その裏面に影響されて検出マークを検出するセンサが誤
作動して、ラベルの正確な位置への印字出力、或いは物
品の正確な位置へのラベル貼付ができ得ない。本発明は
ラベル基材が透明体であっても、誤作動が発生しない台
紙なし透明ラベル連続体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明においては帯状の
透明ラベル基材2の裏面に、全面塗布の粘着剤層3が施
され、この表面にて、かつこの長手方向の少なくともそ
の一側に、透過防止層4を施し、更にこの表面に非粘着
剤から成る検出マーク5を長手方向に対して等間隔に印
刷して、正確な検出を得るように構成したものある。

【発明の実施の形態】図1に示す裏面図および図2の断
面図を参照して、以下説明する。ロール状に巻回された
台紙なし透明ラベル連続体1のラベル基材2の裏面には
全面塗布の感圧性粘着剤層3が施され、この粘着剤層3
の表面で、かつその一側に、UVインク、UVワニス等
の非粘着性の着色された透過防止層4が形成されてい
る。更にこの透過防止層4の表面に、長手方向に対し、
等間隔である前記同様のUVインク、UVワニスから成
る検出マーク5が印刷されている。
【0006】更には透明ラベル基材2の表面側にはシリ
コン等の離型剤6がコーディングされていた方が、ラベ
ルの剥離性がよい。尚、符号7は文字、デザインで、こ
の文字、デザインが検出マーク5上に位置するとセンサ
が誤作動する。
【0007】尚、本形態においてはラベル基材2の裏面
の一側に検出マーク5を施してあるが、両側に設けてよ
く、更には透明ラベル基材2の幅方向に横断して連続形
成でもよい。また常温で粘着のある感圧性として示して
あるが、ホットメルト型接着剤の場合にも適用可であ
る。

【発明の効果】本発明は叙述の如く、帯状の透明ラベル
基材2の裏面に施された粘着剤層3の表面に、透過防止
層4を施し、更にこの表面上に、検出マーク5を印刷し
た構成なので、透明ラベル基材上の文字、デザインに全
