本発明は、特にラベルプリンタ、ラベル自動貼付機等にロール状にセットされて用いられる台紙なしのサーマルラベル連続体に関する。

【従来の技術】
台紙なし感圧性ラベル連続体においては、従来の如くラベル裏面に帯状の台紙がない上に、ラベル裏面に感圧性粘着剤が施されている関係上、これをロール状に巻回すると、その粘着面がラベルの表面に接し、その繰出(剥離)性および機器内部の移送時においてもスムーズでない欠陥を有する。

本発明は前記従来の問題点を解決し、ラベルの繰出およびラベル移送をスムーズとする台紙なしサーマルラベル連続体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の台紙なしサーマルラベル連続体においては、帯状のサーマルラベル基材の表面にシリコンによる離型剤層を形成し、その裏面に感圧性接着層を形成した後に、UVインクまたはUVワニスによる非粘着剤層をメッシュローラまたはグラビアローラをもって網点の凹凸状に形成し、前記凹所内に前記非粘着剤が埋没状態を呈し、前記凸所に前記感圧性粘着層の一部が突出状態を呈して弱い粘着力を有するように形成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の台紙なし感熱性サーマルラベルは、その裏面図として示した図1、同、一部斜視図の図2および断面図である図3を参照して説明する。
図1に示すメッシュ状の非粘着剤6が施された感熱発色性ラベル1は、この裏面側を内側としてロール状に巻回される。
特に図3を参照して帯状の感熱発色性ラベル1のサーマルラベル基材2の表面側にはシリコン等の離型材層3が施され、このサーマルラベル基材2の裏面側には全面塗布の感圧性粘着層4を有する。

次にこの感圧性粘着層4の表面に、UVインク、UVワニス等の非粘着剤6をメッシュローラ、グラビアローラをもってメッシュ状に形成する。従ってこの表面は図2、図3に示すように網点の凹凸状を呈し、符号5は凹所を示し、この凹所内に、前記非粘着剤6が埋没状態を呈し、その感圧性粘着層4の一部が突出状態を呈するので、弱い粘着力を有する。

更に、この非粘着剤6を全面塗工としてもよく、この場合は薄塗りとすることにより、前記同様に弱い粘着性を出すことが可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は叙述の如く、帯状のサーマルラベル基材の表面に離型剤層を形成し、その裏面に感圧性接着層を形成した後に、UVインクまたはUVワニスによる非粘着剤層をメッシュローラまたはグラビアローラをもって網点の凹凸状に形成し、前記凹所内に前記非粘着剤が埋没状態を呈し、前記凸所に前記感圧性粘着層の一部が突出状態を呈するように形成したので、その粘着力を弱めることができる。従ってこの台紙なしのサーマルラベル連続体をロール状の巻回状態からの繰出時に於ての剥離性が良好であると共に、機器内部でのラベル移送もスムーズである利点がある。
