There are the ones proposed in JP-A-204560 and Jpn. Pat. Appln. KOKAI Publication No. 3-4650, which have excellent heat insulation and strength, but have the following drawbacks. In these panels, rainwater that entered between the heat insulating layer and the front and back plates made of metal corroded both front and back plates and opened holes, leading to a large water leakage accident, or before such corrosion, There is a problem that the rainwater that has infiltrated will drop directly into the room and cause a water leakage accident. In such a water leakage accident, since the heat insulating layer is made of foamed resin and has extremely low self-water absorption and excellent heat insulating property, the infiltrated water stays in the fragile part of the adhesive layer between the heat insulating layer and the metal plate, It is more important because it accelerates the corrosion of the metal plate. Further, the length of the panel is such that it cannot be molded on-site and can be transported because the heat insulating layer is formed by injecting and foaming a resin material for the reason of molding 11
As a result, the upper and lower panels are connected by arranging a foamed resin or a seal at the connecting portion. However, in the case of a connection structure in which foamed resin or a seal is arranged in such a connection part, the connection part is a hidden part that cannot be seen by the operator during or after the work, and therefore, the confirmation of the sealing state is required. However, there is a problem that the panel has to be removed once when the work is defective or the seal deteriorates with age. In this way, since the panel itself does not have the self-draining capability, water leakage accidents due to corrosion cannot be avoided, and the infiltrated rainwater cannot be connected to the panel without arranging foamed resin or seals in the upper and lower panel connection parts. It is inevitable that water leakage will occur due to dripping inside the room from the inside, and the work efficiency of connecting the upper and lower panels is poor and the quality of the seal is unknown.

After injecting and foaming to form the required insulation layer,
The back plate is attached to this heat insulating material layer via the back sheet so that a space penetrating in the vertical direction is left between the recess of the back plate and the back sheet, and the front plate and the heat insulating material layer are attached. And the back plate are integrated into three parts. Further, in the present invention, a back sheet is preliminarily attached to each of the recesses in the metal back plate in a form in which a plurality of recesses and protrusions are formed in parallel with each other in the vertical direction, and the back and forth are placed between the back sheet and the recesses. Form a space portion penetrating in the direction, after that, by attaching a metal surface plate of an appropriate form to this back plate via the back sheet,
It is characterized in that a foamable resin material is injected between the back sheet and the face plate to foam to form a required heat insulating material layer, and the back plate, the heat insulating material layer and the face plate are integrated into three parts.
