【0012】Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mesh fence built on a site boundary or the like, in which a mesh fence panel in which mesh fence panels are continuously connected to each other is used. About. 2. Description of the Related Art A mesh fence combining a support and a panel-shaped wire mesh has been widely used as a means for partitioning a boundary between a road and a boundary between sites. In such a mesh fence, a mesh panel is generally arranged between pillars, and pipe-shaped fittings are extended from the pillar to the left and right.
This supported the left and right mesh panels. However, in this method, there is a problem that the efficiency of construction and the construction cost are increased, for example, if the columns are fixed, the degree of freedom of construction according to the installation situation is poor, and if the pillars are not properly installed, the construction cannot be performed. Therefore, recently, a mesh fence (free pillar method) has been developed in which a left and right mesh panel is directly and continuously connected to each other, instead of arranging and connecting mesh panels between pillars. According to this method, there is no restriction on the column interval, and the column interval can be freely set.
In the conventional mesh fence of this type, when connecting the left and right mesh panels, the vertical line a of the adjacent mesh panel is used.
And / or the horizontal line b was sandwiched between two front and rear fixing brackets c from the front of the panel, and the fixing brackets c were tightened and fixed by bolts and nuts. [0003] However, in the mesh fence as described above, when the connecting portion of the mesh panel is rocked back and forth, the mesh panel is likely to be twisted and the connecting fitting is likely to drop. there were. [0004] A mesh fence according to a first aspect of the present invention is a mesh fence in which a mesh panel formed by combining a large number of horizontal wires and vertical wires in a lattice is attached to a support. In the above, two adjacent vertical wire members and / or horizontal wire members of the mesh panel are sandwiched between at least one of a pair of plate-like members having a guide groove corresponding to the outer shape of the horizontal wire material , This fitting is
A locking leg with a locking portion formed at the tip is formed at the edge,
A screw hole is drilled near the opposite edge of the edge where the stop leg is formed.
And the engaging hole corresponding to the locking part of this connector
Connection provided with a female screw corresponding to the screw hole.
A vertical line of two adjacent edges of a mesh panel consisting of a holder
The connection receiver is brought into contact with the material and / or the horizontal wire, and this connection
The tip of the locking leg formed on the edge of the connector in the engagement hole of the receiver
The locking part is inserted and locked, and the joining screw locks the screw hole of the connecting tool.
Meshed into the female screw of the connection
Since each edge of the panel is sandwiched and fixed , the horizontal wire is regulated by the guide groove and pressed between the upper and lower sides, so that there is no deviation between front and rear, and the connection fitting is hard to drop. Also, one side of the connection fitting is locked, and the opposite side is screwed by a joining screw, so that the construction is easy and the mesh panel is firmly fixed. [0005] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of an embodiment of a mesh fence of the present invention. [0006] Reference numeral 1 denotes a column, a lower portion of which is buried in the ground and is erected on a plurality of ground surfaces at appropriate intervals. A hook hole for attaching a fixed hook 11 is formed at an appropriate position on the ground surface of the column 1, and the fixed hook 11 is inserted into the hook hole. The wire 21 is locked and the mesh panel 2
Is attached to the column. Adjacent mesh panels 2 are connected by connection fittings 3 respectively. The support 1 is generally manufactured using a metal pipe such as a steel pipe, and after the above-described processing such as drilling of a hook hole, surface treatment such as painting is performed, and a cap is provided on the upper end thereof. Can be covered. The cross section of the support 1 is generally circular, but may be square or polygonal. The mesh panel 2 is formed in a mesh shape by joining a plurality of horizontal wire members 21 and vertical wire members 22 in a grid pattern at respective intersections by resistance welding or the like. The surface of the mesh panel 2 has a rust-preventive effect by plating or painting, but it is preferable to apply a surface treatment such as painting or coating on the plating in order to obtain a sufficient rust-preventing effect. The connection fitting 3 includes a connection fitting 31 and a connection receiving fitting 32.
The connecting member 31 is a rectangular plate-like body having four corners cut out in four semicircles, two opposite edges of which are bent, and a central portion of one of the other two edges. Is cut and raised and the locking leg 3
The distal end of the locking leg 311 is bent at a substantially right angle to form a locking portion 312. A screw hole 313 is formed near the opposite edge of the cut and raised portion. The connection receiving member 32 is a rectangular plate-like body with four corners cut out in four semicircles, and a rectangular engaging hole 321 is formed at a position corresponding to the cut-and-raised position of the connecting member 31 near one edge. A female screw 322 is provided in the vicinity of the opposite side edge portion in correspondence with the screw hole 313. A guide groove 323 is provided between the female screw 322 and the engagement hole 321. This guide groove 323
The inner surface has a radius of curvature substantially the same as the outer radius of curvature of the horizontal wire 21 of the mesh panel 2 so that the horizontal wire 21 is less likely to shift. The connection tool 31 and the connection receiving tool 32 are manufactured by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate, and the surface is subjected to an appropriate surface treatment such as plating or painting. Next, a method of connecting the mesh panel 2 will be described. The connection receiver 32 is abutted from the back surface to the horizontal wire position of each edge of the pair of adjacent mesh panels 2 from the back surface,
The locking portion 312 at the tip of the locking leg 311 formed at the edge of the connecting tool 31 is inserted into and locked in the engaging hole of the connection receiving tool 32,
The joining screw 4 is screwed into the female screw of the connection receiver 32 through the screw hole 313 of the connection tool 31, and the edge of the adjacent mesh panel 2 is sandwiched and fixed between the connection tool 31 and the connection receiver 32. According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mesh fence having a mesh panel formed by assembling a plurality of horizontal and vertical wires in a lattice on a support. is pinched by the longitudinal wire and / or horizontal member is formed of a pair of plate-like body formed of the guide grooves corresponding to the horizontal member profile on at least one connection fitting 2 edges adjacent mesh panels, the connection fitting Locking part at the tip
The formed locking leg is formed on the edge and the locking leg is formed
Connector with a screw hole near the opposite edge
An engagement hole corresponding to the locking portion of the connecting device is formed, and the screw is provided.
From a connection receiver provided with female screws corresponding to the
Vertical wire and / or two adjacent edges of the mesh panel
The connection receiver is brought into contact with the horizontal wire, and the connection receiver is engaged.
The locking part at the tip of the locking leg formed on the edge of the connector is inserted into the hole.
The connecting screw is connected through the screw hole of the connecting tool.
Each edge of the adjacent mesh panel is screwed into the female screw of the fixture.
Since the portion is clamped and fixed , the horizontal wire is regulated by the guide groove and pressed between the upper and lower portions, so that there is no misalignment between the front and rear, and the connection fitting is hard to drop. In addition, one side of the connection fitting is locked and the opposite side is screwed by a joining screw, so that the construction is easy and the mesh panel is firmly fixed. [0012]
