【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、自動車、航空機、船舶などの乗り物のフロントウインドパネルなど窓に付着した雨水やゴミを払拭することが可能なると共に寒冷地や冬季に使用されるウインター用ワイパーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のウインター用ワイパーは、例えば特開平10−16719号公報に示すようなものがある。かかる構成によれば、ブレード部材(2)の劣化に伴い、ウインター用ブレード全体を交換する必要がなく、ブレード部材(2)のみの交換ですむために、払拭面(1)を払拭可能なるブレード部材(2)と、該ブレード部材(2)の保持部(21)を出し入れ自在なると共に係合した状態で保持可能に形成され且つ該ブレード部材(2)に弾性を付与するバーティブラ(3)と、前記ブレード部材(2)を払拭駆動可能なる駆動部材(8)と、前記バーティブラ(3)及び前記駆動部材(8)間に介在支持されてなる保持レバー機構と、両端に開口部が形成される筒形状をなし且つ前記バーティブラ(3)、前記保持レバー機構、前記ブレード部材(2)の払拭部(20)を除く部位を覆う防水性を有するカバー(7)と、前記ブレード部材(2)が前記保持レバー機構からの脱落を防止するように前記カバー(7)の少なくとも一端部に装着され且つ水滴が前記カバー(7)の開口部から侵入して凍結するのを防止した防水ストッパ(10)とを備えてなる構造が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかるウインター用ワイパーにあっては、カバー(7)に防水ストッパ(10)の固定部材(91)を確実に支持するために、カバー(7)と固定部材(91)との隙間に接着剤を塗布しているので、接着剤が、該隙間からあふれ出るおそれがあり、外観を損なうことになる。また、両者(7,91)の隙間を伝わってブレード部材(2)まで接着剤が達するおそれがあり、かかる場合、ブレード部材(2)が他の部品との間で接着されて、外せなくなるおそれがある。また、接着剤が固化するまで時間がかかり、製品化への総時間が多く必要とする。更に、接着剤が他の部品に付着するおそれがあり、かかる場合、商品性を損なうことになる。

また、防水ストッパ(10)の構造が、固定部材(91)に対して着脱部材(92)が上下に進退するタイプであり且つ該防水ストッパ(10)が露出しているため、固定部材(91)と着脱部材(92)との隙間の方向が、雪などの浸入しやすい方向となり、凍結するおそれがあり、改善が求められている。また、防水ストッパ(10)の着脱部材(92)を固定部材(91)から離脱させる際に、指又は工具等で着脱部材(92)の弾性係合爪(921)を内側に撓ませて押し込むことにより固定部材(91)の挿入溝(915)から取り外すことができるが、意に反して両者(915,921)が離脱してしまうと、そのまま防水ストッパ(10)が脱落し紛失してしまうおそれがある。

そこで、この発明は、防水ストッパの固定部材と着脱部材との固定手段として、接着剤を用いずに確実に支持可能なるようにすると共に該防水ストッパの固定部材と着脱部材との間に雪などが侵入しにくいようにし、更に防水ストッパの意に反した離脱をしても脱落しないようにしたウインター用ワイパーを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、払拭面を払拭可能なるブレード部材と、該ブレード部材の保持部を出し入れ自在なると共に係合した状態で保持可能に形成され且つ該ブレード部材に弾性を付与するバーティブラと、前記ブレード部材を払拭駆動可能なる駆動部材と、前記バーティブラ及び前記駆動部材間に介在支持されてなる保持レバー機構と、両端に開口部が形成される筒形状をなし且つ前記バーティブラ、前記保持レバー機構、前記ブレード部材の払拭部を除く部位を覆う防水性を有するカバーと、前記ブレード部材が前記保持レバー機構からの脱落を防止するように前記カバーの少なくとも一端部に装着され且つ水滴が前記カバーの開口部から侵入するのを防止した防水ストッパとを備えてなるウインター用ワイパーにおいて、前記防水ストッパは、固定部材と、着脱部材とより構成されてなり、前記固定部材は、前記バーティブラの端部に支持されることで前記カバーの開口部を水密に閉塞してなり且つ前記ブレード部材の保持部の着脱が可能なる出し入れ口が形成されてなり、前記着脱部材は、前記固定部材の支持手段により前記カバーの長手方向から固定部材に着脱自在なると共に該固定部材に支持された状態で前記ブレード部材の保持部の着脱を阻止したストッパ部が形成されてなり、前記固定部材の支持手段は、前記着脱部材の一側から他側に貫通して、該他側で着脱部材に支持してなる。

請求項1に記載の発明によれば、前記固定部材の支持手段により、前記カバーの長手方向から固定部材に着脱自在なると共に該固定部材に支持された状態で前記ブレード部材の保持部の着脱を阻止したストッパ部が形成されてなる着脱部材によりなるので、着脱部材を固定部材から離脱させれば、ブレード部材の交換が可能なる構成を維持している。また、接着剤を用いずに固定部材に着脱部材を確実に支持可能であるので、接着剤が、隙間からあふれ出たり、隙間を伝わってブレード部材を他の部品に固着して外せなくなったり、製品化への総時間が多く必要とするなどの従来の不具合が一掃される。更に、接着剤を用いずに固定部材の支持手段が着脱部材に支持させるだけで、確実に支持可能である。しかも、固定部材の支持手段に対して一側から他側に挿入するだけで、他側に支持されるので、取付作業が簡易である。

請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載のウインター用ワイパーであって、前記固定部材の支持手段は、前記固定部材から延在された舌状の弾性変形可能なる係合片よりなり、前記着脱部材には、該着脱部材の他側から離脱した前記係合片が、抜け方向で再度係合可能なる第2係合部が形成されてなる。

以下、図1乃至図11の図面を参照しながら、この発明の第1実施形態について具体的に説明する。

図1において、符号1は、ウインター用ワイパーであって、該ウインター用ワイパー1は、自動車のフロントウインドパネルなどの払拭面2を払拭可能なるブレード部材3と、該ブレード部材3の保持部3aを出し入れ自在なると共に係合した状態で保持可能に形成され且つ該ブレード部材3に弾性を付与するバーティブラ4と、前記ブレード部材3を払拭駆動可能なる駆動部材5と、前記バーティブラ4及び前記駆動部材5間に介在支持されてなる保持レバー機構6と、両端に開口部7aが形成される筒形状をなし且つ前記バーティブラ4、前記保持レバー機構6、前記ブレード部材3の払拭部3bを除く部位を覆うことでそれらに雪や氷等が付着するのを防ぐ防水性を有するカバー7と、前記ブレード部材3が前記保持レバー機構6からの脱落を防止するように前記カバー7の少なくとも一端部である開口部7aに装着され且つ水滴が前記カバー7の開口部7aから侵入するのを防止した防水ストッパ8とを備えてなる。
