Claims (4)
- 下部に空気輸送される粉粒体材料を受け入れる導入口を設け、上端部に空気吸引口と、輸送空気から粉粒体材料を分離させる分離部と、下端部に粉粒体材料を排出する排出口とを設け、流動ホッパ上部が略円筒形状とされ、流動ホッパ下部が略逆円錐筒形状とされた流動ホッパを備え、上に円錐形状をした、下部に逆円錐形状をしたものを合わせ一体としたものが、ホッパ壁面との空隙を得るための支持部材で構成されている排出制御部材を、前記流動捕集装置内の前記流動ホッパ下部の略逆円錐筒形状付近に設置することを特徴とする、粉粒体材料の流動捕集装置。
- 前記排出制御部材は導電性素材からなる前記流動捕集装置に前述支持部材を通じて電気的に接続され、前記排出制御部材に蓄積される静電気を外部に放出する構造とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の前記排出制御部材を設置した前記粉粒体材料の流動捕集装置。
- 前記排出制御部材の下部から材料が投入され、前記流動捕集装置上部で流動することを特徴とする請求項1、もしくは請求項2記載の前記粉粒体材料の流動捕集装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項において、前記流動捕集ホッパー内の導入口にイオンを導入するイオン発生装置を更に備えていることを特徴とする前記粉粒体材料の流動捕集装置。
