Claims (5)
- 車両の周囲の状況を表す周囲画像から、前記車両が走行している自車線に隣接する隣接車線における、他車両が存在しない前記車両の進行方向の長さが車線変更に必要な長さを表す車線変更閾値よりも長い区間を、車線変更可能区間として検出する検出部と、
前記車両が現在位置から車線変更するときに前記隣接車線に進入する前後方向の位置を示す進入位置が前記車線変更可能区間に含まれる場合、前記進入位置を、前記車線変更可能区間を表す位置としてディスプレイに表示させ、前記進入位置が前記車線変更可能区間に含まれない場合、前記車両の現在位置に最も近い前記車線変更可能区間の端部の位置を、前記車線変更可能区間を表す位置として前記ディスプレイに表示させる表示部と、
を備える、車線情報表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、前記車線変更可能区間を表す位置として、進行方向の長さよりも幅方向の長さが長い図形を前記ディスプレイに表示させる、請求項1に記載の車線情報表示装置。
- 前記表示部は、前記車線変更可能区間への車線変更制御が開始された場合、前記車線変更可能区間を表す位置の表示を終了させる、請求項1または2に記載の車線情報表示装置。
- 車両の周囲の状況を表す周囲画像から、前記車両が走行している自車線に隣接する隣接車線における、他車両が存在しない前記車両の進行方向の長さが車線変更に必要な長さを表す車線変更閾値よりも長い区間を、車線変更可能区間として検出し、
前記車両が現在位置から車線変更するときに前記隣接車線に進入する前後方向の位置を示す進入位置が前記車線変更可能区間に含まれる場合、前記進入位置を、前記車線変更可能区間を表す位置としてディスプレイに表示させ、前記進入位置が前記車線変更可能区間に含まれない場合、前記車両の現在位置に最も近い前記車線変更可能区間の端部の位置を、前記車線変更可能区間を表す位置として前記ディスプレイに表示させる、
