Claims (10)
- プリント基板と;
前記プリント基板上に配置される光源と;
前記プリント基板上に配置されて、前記光源を収容する第1光ガイド層と;
前記第1光ガイド層の上部に配置される第2光ガイド層と;を含み、
前記第1光ガイド層の材質は、前記第2光ガイド層の材質と異なり、
前記第1光ガイド層の屈折率は、前記第2光ガイド層の屈折率より大きい、光源モジュール。 - 前記第1光ガイド層の材質は、シリコンを含み、
前記第2光ガイド層の材質は、硫酸バリウム及びレジンを含む、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。 - 前記硫酸バリウムと前記レジンの組成比は、1:4である、請求項2に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記第1光ガイド層の厚さは、前記第2光ガイド層の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記光源は、側面型(side view type)発光ダイオードである、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記プリント基板上に配置されて、前記光源から照射される光を反射させる光反射層を含む、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記第1光ガイド層の屈折率は、1.5乃至1.6以下で、
前記第2光ガイド層の屈折率は、1.4乃至1.5以下である、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。 - 前記第1光ガイド層の厚さは、2mm乃至4mm以下で、
前記第2光ガイド層の厚さは、0.4mm乃至1.0mm以下である、請求項4に記載の光源モジュール。 - 前記第1光ガイド層の厚さを基準に前記第2光ガイド層の厚さは0.13乃至0.34以下である、請求項8に記載の光源モジュール。
- プリント基板と;
前記プリント基板上に配置される光源と;
前記プリント基板上に配置されて、前記光源を収容する第1光ガイド層と;
前記第1光ガイド層の上部に配置される第2光ガイド層と;を含み、
前記第1光ガイド層の材質は、前記第2光ガイド層の材質と異なり、
前記第1光ガイド層の厚さは、前記第2光ガイド層の厚さより大きい、光源モジュール。
