Abstract
Description
本発明の一態様によれば、超音波ミスト吸入器であって、以下の構成を備える。
- 霧化される液体を受け取るように適合された液体チャンバを含む液体リザーバー構造体
- 液体チャンバと流体連通している超音波処理チャンバ
- 液体チャンバと超音波処理チャンバとの間に配置する毛細管要素
毛細管要素は、少なくとも一部が竹繊維である材料である。
- 霧化される液体を受け取るように適合された液体チャンバまたはカートリッジを含む液体リザーバー構造体
- 液体チャンバまたはカートリッジと流体連通している超音波処理チャンバ

Claims (9)
- 超音波ミスト吸入器は、
- 霧化される液体を受け取るように適合された液体チャンバを含む液体リザーバー構造体と、
- 前記液体チャンバと流体連通している超音波処理チャンバと、
- 前記液体チャンバと前記超音波処理チャンバとの間に配置する毛細管要素と
を備え、
前記毛細管要素は、少なくとも一部が竹繊維である材料であることを特徴とする超音波ミスト吸入器。 - 前記毛細管要素の材料が、100%の竹繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記毛細管要素の材料が、少なくとも75%の竹繊維、好ましくは25%の綿であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記毛細管要素は、0.27mm~0.32mmの厚さであり、好ましくは、38g/m2と48g/m2の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記毛細管要素は、扁平な形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記毛細管要素は、中央部分と周辺部分とからなることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記周辺部分は、前記液体チャンバに至るまで延びる断面がL字形状であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記中央部分は、前記超音波処理チャンバまで延びるU字形状の断面を有していてもよいことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
- 前記液体チャンバに受容される前記液体は、57~70%(w/w)の植物性グリセリンと30~43%(w/w)のプロピレングリコールとを含み、前記プロピレングリコールはニコチン及び香料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の超音波ミスト吸入器。
