Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするエンドプレート;および
前記モジュールフレームの底部に形成されたヒートシンクに冷媒を供給するクーリングポートを含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部が前記エンドプレートを超えるように延長形成されたモジュールフレーム突出部を含み、
前記クーリングポートは前記モジュールフレーム突出部の上面部に形成され、
前記エンドプレートは、前記クーリングポートと対応する部分に形成されたエンドプレート開口部および前記エンドプレート開口部をカバーするように形成される絶縁部材を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレート開口部の高さは、前記クーリングポートの高さと同じであるか大きい、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記クーリングポートは前記モジュールフレーム突出部の前記上面部の上に突出するように形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレーム突出部は前記エンドプレートのプレート面を基準として垂直方向に向かって延長形成され、
前記エンドプレート開口部は前記モジュールフレーム突出部と接する部分に形成される、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートの両端の上側には端子バスバーが形成され、
前記エンドプレート開口部は前記端子バスバーと対応する部分に形成される、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁部材は絶縁テープで形成され、前記絶縁テープの縁は前記エンドプレート開口部の周囲面に付着して前記エンドプレート開口部をカバーする、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレーム突出部に対応するように形成されたヒートシンク突出部をさらに含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- エンドプレート開口部が形成されたエンドプレートを製造する段階;
前記エンドプレート開口部がモジュールフレームの底部から延長形成されたモジュールフレーム突出部上に位置するクーリングポートを通過するように前記エンドプレートを移動させる段階;
前記エンドプレートを前記モジュールフレームに結合させる段階;および
前記エンドプレート開口部をカバーするように絶縁部材を組み立てる段階を含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記エンドプレートを前記モジュールフレームに結合させる段階で、
前記エンドプレートは前記モジュールフレームの前後面の角が形成する面と垂直である方向に移動して前記モジュールフレームに結合される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
