Abstract
Description
粉末状の材料粉末から部品を生成製造する設備は、部品の造形に用いられる造形プラットフォームと、造形プラットフォーム上に粉末層を積層する少なくとも1つの積層区間と、粉末層に対し選択的に照射を行う少なくとも1つの照射区間とを備えている。
請求項1の特徴を備える、部品を生成製造する設備を提案する。さらに、請求項15の特徴を備える、部品を生成製造する方法を提案する。本発明の好ましいかつ/または有利な実施の形態は、従属請求項、明細書および添付の図面から看取可能である。
Claims (15)
- 材料粉末から部品(2)を生成製造する設備(1)であって、
前記部品(2)の造形に用いられる造形プラットフォーム(11)と、
前記造形プラットフォーム(11)上に粉末層(12)を積層する少なくとも1つの積層区間と、
前記粉末層(12)に対し選択的に照射を行う少なくとも1つの照射区間(17)と、
を備える設備(1)において、
運搬ユニット(7)を備え、
前記運搬ユニット(7)は、前記造形プラットフォーム(11)を設備空間(4)内で運搬路に沿って移動かつ/または走行させるように形成されており、
前記積層区間および前記照射区間(17)は、前記運搬路に沿って離間かつ/または隣接している、
ことを特徴とする、材料粉末から部品(2)を生成製造する設備(1)。 - 複数の積層区間と複数の照射区間(17)とを備え、
前記複数の積層区間および前記複数の照射区間(17)は、前記運搬路に沿って離間している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の設備(1)。 - 2つの照射区間(17)間にそれぞれ少なくとも1つの積層区間が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の設備(1)。
- 複数ある前記積層区間の第1の積層区間において第1の材料粉末を積層する第1の積層装置(10,10a,10b)と、複数ある前記積層区間の第2の積層区間において第2の材料粉末を積層する第2の積層装置(10,10b,10c)とを備え、
第1および第2の材料粉末は、相違するように形成されているかつ/または相違する組成を有している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。 - 前記部品(2)は、複層部品を形成し、かつ複数の層から構成されており、
前記設備(1)は、少なくとも層の数の照射区間(17)および/または少なくとも層の数の積層区間を備える、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。 - 前記造形プラットフォーム(11)は、前記運搬ユニット(7)に包含されており、かつ/または前記造形プラットフォーム(11)は、前記運搬ユニット(7)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。
- 前記運搬ユニット(7)および/または前記造形プラットフォーム(11)は、搬送ベルトを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。
- 加工チャンバを備え、
少なくとも1つの前記照射区間(17)および少なくとも1つの前記積層区間は、前記加工チャンバ内に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。 - 前記加工チャンバは、入口ロック区間(5)と出口ロック区間(6)とを有し、
前記運搬路は、前記入口ロック区間(5)から前記出口ロック区間(6)に通じている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の設備(1)。 - 未使用の材料粉末を搬出する少なくとも1つの粉末除去ユニット(18,18a~c)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。
- 前記粉末除去ユニット(18,18a~c)は、2つの積層区間の間に素材切り換えのために配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の設備(1)。
- 前記運搬ユニット(7)は、前記造形プラットフォーム(11)を連続的に移動かつ/または一定の速度で移動させるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。
- 前記部品(2)は、平坦な部品を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。
- 前記部品(2)は、バイポーラプレートを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)。
- 部品(2)を特に請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1)を用いて製造する方法であって、粉末層(12)を造形プラットフォーム(11)上に積層し、続いて前記粉末層(12)に対し選択的に照射を行い、このとき、前記粉末層の積層と、前記粉末層(12)の照射とを空間的に隔てて行う、部品(2)を製造する方法。
