Claims (9)
- 軸芯と、外筒と、前記軸芯及び外筒の間に介装される弾性部とを備え、前記弾性部は、弾性体層と硬質筒とが同心円状に交互に積層された積層弾性体構造を有し、前記軸芯は、前記弾性体層が接着される軸部を有する軸ばねであって、前記軸部及び前記硬質筒のうちの少なくとも1つの下端に、半径方向外方に延びる環状の弾性体支持部が形成され、前記弾性体支持部の外径は、前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒に対して半径方向外側に隣り合う前記硬質筒又は外筒の下端の開口径以上の大きさとされ、前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒の外周面に接する前記弾性体層が前記弾性体支持部まで形成された軸ばね。
- 軸芯と、外筒と、前記軸芯及び外筒の間に介装される弾性部とを備え、前記弾性部は、弾性体層と硬質筒とが同心円状に交互に積層された積層弾性体構造を有し、前記軸芯は、前記弾性体層が接着される軸部を有する軸ばねであって、前記軸部及び前記硬質筒のうちの少なくとも1つの下端に、半径方向外方に延びる環状の弾性体支持部が形成され、前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒の外周面に接する前記弾性体層が前記弾性体支持部まで形成され、軸ばねに軸心方向の負荷がかかったときに、負荷の一部が前記弾性体支持部にかかるように構成された軸ばね。
- 前記弾性体支持部は、前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒と、その外周面に接する前記弾性体層とが非接着状態のときに、前記弾性体層を保持可能に形成された請求項2に記載の軸ばね。
- 前記弾性体支持部は、軸ばねの軸心に対して直交する方向に延びるように形成された請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の軸ばね。
- 前記弾性体支持部と、前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒との間のコーナー部が湾曲して形成された請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の軸ばね。
- 前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒の外周面に接する前記弾性体層は、該弾性体層の外周面に接する前記硬質筒又は外筒の下端を通る垂線の位置まで形成された請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の軸ばね。
- 前記弾性体支持部が形成された前記軸部又は硬質筒の外周面に接する前記弾性体層は、該弾性体層の外周面に接する前記硬質筒又は外筒の下端位置における、半径方向の厚みをD1、軸ばねの軸心方向の厚みをD2としたとき、(D2/D1)≧1の条件を満たす請求項6に記載の軸ばね。
- 前記軸部、前記硬質筒及び前記外筒のうちの少なくとも隣り合う2つの下端に、半径方向外方に延びる環状の弾性体支持部が形成され、前記隣り合う弾性体支持部のうち内径の小さい方の弾性体支持部の外径は、内径が大きい方の弾性体支持部の内径よりも大きくなるように形成され、前記隣り合う弾性体支持部の間の空間の少なくとも一部まで前記弾性体層が形成された請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の軸ばね。
- 前記軸部、前記硬質筒及び前記外筒のそれぞれの下端に、半径方向外方に延びる環状の弾性体支持部が形成され、前記隣り合う弾性体支持部のうち内径が小さい方の弾性体支持部の外径は、内径が大きい方の弾性体支持部の内径よりも大きくなるように形成され、前記隣り合う弾性体支持部の間の空間の少なくとも一部まで前記弾性体層が形成された請求項8に記載の軸ばね。
