Claims (16)
- 各々が金属元素を含有する複数の金属磁性粒子を含む基体と、
前記基体の内部に配置された埋設部及び前記基体の外部に露出している露出部を有する、銅を主成分とするコイル導体と、
前記埋設部の表面を覆い前記複数の金属磁性粒子に含まれる前記金属元素の酸化物及び銅元素を含む絶縁性の酸化物層と、
を備えるコイル部品。 - 前記複数の金属磁性粒子の各々は、銅よりも大きなイオン化傾向を有する金属元素を含む、
請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記複数の金属磁性粒子の各々は、その表面に酸化被膜を有しており、隣接する金属磁性粒子と前記酸化被膜により結合している、
請求項1又は2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記複数の金属磁性粒子の一部は、前記酸化物層及び前記酸化被膜を介して前記コイル導体と接している、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記酸化物層は、亜鉛元素を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記酸化被膜における亜鉛元素の含有比率よりも前記酸化物層における亜鉛元素の含有比率が高い、
請求項5に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記酸化物層における亜鉛の原子割合は、1.0at%以上25at%である、
請求項5又は6に記載のコイル部品。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品を備える回路基板。
- 請求項8に記載の回路基板を備える電子機器。
- 複数の金属磁性粒子を含む素体及び前記素体内に埋め込まれた銅を主成分とする導体部を含む中間体を準備する準備工程と、
前記中間体を第1温度で加熱することで前記導体部の表面を覆うように酸化銅を含む酸化膜を形成する第1加熱工程と、
前記第1温度での加熱後に、前記中間体を前記第1温度よりも高温の第2温度で加熱して前記複数の金属磁性粒子の各々に含まれる金属元素の酸化物を含む酸化被膜を生成することで前記素体から基体を形成するとともに前記酸化物及び銅元素を含む絶縁性の酸化物層を形成する第2加熱工程と、
を備えるコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記第2加熱工程においては、前記酸化膜に含まれる酸化銅の少なくとも一部が還元される、
請求項10に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記第2加熱工程において、前記複数の金属磁性粒子の各々に酸化被膜が形成され、前記複数の金属磁性粒子の各々が隣接する金属磁性粒子と前記酸化被膜により結合することで前記基体が形成される、
請求項10又は11に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記第2加熱工程においては、前記第1加熱工程よりも低い酸素濃度の雰囲気中で前記中間体が加熱される、
請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記導体部は、熱分解性の絶縁被膜により覆われており、
前記絶縁被膜は、前記第1加熱工程において分解される、
請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記準備工程は、前記導体部の表面に酸化亜鉛を含有する懸濁液を塗布する工程を有する、
請求項10から14のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記第2加熱工程において、酸化亜鉛を含むように前記酸化物層が形成される、
請求項15に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
