前記ノズル本体の前記中空部の先端側壁面に形成された弁シート部に前記針弁の先端が着座し,前記弁シート部の更に先端側に先端液体溜まり部が形成され,前記先端液体溜まり部の壁面に複数の噴孔が形成され,前記針弁のリフトによって前記ノズル本体の前記中空部の前記先端側壁面と前記針弁の前記先端の外周面との間に形成された前記液体流路が開放して前記噴孔から前記液体が外部に噴霧されることから成る液体噴射ノズルにおいて, 前記ノズル本体の先端部には前記噴孔が形成された先端チップが周方向に隔置して複数設けられ,前記先端チップの内側に形成された円錐状の旋回流室と前記旋回流室に連通する外側に形成された前記噴孔とが設けられ,前記連通細孔は,前記旋回流室の軸心に対して傾きを持ち,前記傾きのベクトル成分は,前記噴孔の軸方向と前記旋回流室の接線方向を有して前記先端部に形成され.前記針弁のリフトによって前記液体流路の前記液体が前記液体流路の前記液体が前記連通細孔から前記旋回流室へ流入して前記旋回流室で渦流を発生させ,前記渦流が前記噴孔から前記外部に噴霧されることを特徴とする液体噴射ノズルに関する。

Claims (9)
- 液体を供給する液体溜まり部を持つ液体流路を備えたノズル本体,及び前記ノズル本体の長手方向に延びる中空部に往復リフト可能に嵌挿された針弁を有し,
前記ノズル本体の前記中空部の先端側壁面に形成された弁シート部に前記針弁の先端が着座し,前記弁シート部の更に先端側に先端液体溜まり部が形成され,前記先端液体溜まり部の壁面に複数の噴孔が形成され,前記針弁のリフトによって前記ノズル本体の前記中空部の前記先端側壁面と前記針弁の前記先端の外周面との間に形成された前記液体流路が開放して前記噴孔から前記液体が外部に噴霧されることから成る液体噴射ノズルにおいて, 前記ノズル本体の先端部には前記噴孔が形成された先端チップが周方向に隔置して複数設けられ,前記先端チップの内側に形成された円錐状の旋回流室と前記旋回流室に連通する外側に形成された前記噴孔とが設けられ,前記ノズル本体の前記先端部には前記先端液体溜まり部と前記旋回流室を連通する少なくと1本の連通細孔が形成され,前記連通細孔は,前記旋回流室の軸心に対して傾きを持ち,前記傾きのベクトル成分は,前記噴孔の軸方向と前記旋回流室の接線方向を有して前記先端部に形成され.前記針弁のリフトによって前記液体流路の前記液体が前記液体流路の前記液体が前記連通細孔から前記旋回流室へ流入して前記旋回流室で渦流を発生させ,前記渦流が前記噴孔から前記外部に噴霧されることを特徴とする液体噴射ノズル。 - 前記連通細孔の前記旋回流室に対する傾き角は前記旋回流室の軸心に対した15度~45度傾いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記旋回流室の前記円錐面は,前記旋回流室の前記軸心に対して10度~40度の角度で流入側が開いていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記噴孔の軸心は,前記旋回流室の前記軸心から偏芯して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記噴孔の軸心は,前記旋回流室の前記軸心と同一軸上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記先端チップは,前記ノズル本体の前記先端部に形成された貫通孔に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記連通細孔は,前記先端チップに対して前記ノズル本体の前記先端部に2本形成され,前記旋回流室の前記円錐面に対して予め決められた異なった位置で斜め接線方向に交差してそれぞれ形成され,前記連通細孔からの噴流が前記旋回流室で同方向に前記渦流を形成することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記連通細孔は,前記先端チップに対して前記ノズル本体の前記先端部に2本形成され,前記旋回流室は,円筒状室と該円筒状室に続く円錐状室から成る複合旋回流室に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
- 前記液体は,超高圧タイプのディーゼルエンジン用の燃料であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の液体噴射ノズル。
