Abstract
Description
実施形態1に係るプリプレグ10の製造方法は、強化繊維シート(強化繊維基材)15に樹脂を含侵させてプリプレグ10を製造する方法となっている。また、実施形態1のプリプレグ10の製造方法は、所定の機能が付与されたプリプレグ10を製造する方法となっている。所定の機能としては、プリプレグ10の焼成時において、プリプレグ10に含まれる樹脂が炭化反応する機能である。なお、所定の機能は、上記に限定されず、他の機能であってもよい。
図1は、実施形態1に係るプリプレグの製造方法に関する模式図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る他のプリプレグに関する模式図である。図3は、実施形態1に係るプリプレグの製造方法に関するフローチャートである。実施形態1のプリプレグ10の製造方法では、強化繊維シート15と、含侵性樹脂シート17と、機能性樹脂シート19と、が用いられる。
次に、図4から図6を参照して、実施形態2に係るプリプレグ10の製造方法について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図4は、実施形態2に係るプリプレグの製造方法に関する模式図である。図5は、実施形態2に係る他のプリプレグに関する模式図である。図6は、実施形態2に係るプリプレグの製造方法に関するフローチャートである。
実施形態2のプリプレグ10の製造方法では、強化繊維シート15と、第1機能性樹脂シート25と、第2機能性樹脂シート26と、が用いられる。なお、強化繊維シート15は、実施形態1と同様となっているため、説明を省略する。
次に、図7を参照して、複合材の成形方法について説明する。複合材の成形方法では、実施形態1または実施形態2において製造したプリプレグ10が用いられる。図7は、複合材の製造方法に関するフローチャートである。

- 強化繊維基材に樹脂を含侵させてプリプレグを製造するプリプレグの製造方法において、
フィラーを含む前記樹脂である第1樹脂と、前記フィラーを含まない前記樹脂である第2樹脂とを用意するステップと、
前記強化繊維基材に隣接して第2樹脂を配置するステップと、

前記強化繊維基材に、前記第2樹脂を含侵させるステップと、を備えるプリプレグの製造方法。 - 前記第1樹脂と、前記第2樹脂とは、異なる樹脂となっている請求項1に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。
- 前記第1樹脂は、炭化反応する樹脂となっている請求項2に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。
- 前記第1樹脂を配置するステップでは、前記第1樹脂が、隣接する前記強化繊維基材及び前記第2樹脂の両側に配置され、
両側に配置される前記第1樹脂の一方が、第1フィラー及び第1分散剤を含む前記樹脂である第3樹脂であり、両側に配置される前記第1樹脂の他方が、第2フィラー及び第2分散剤を含む前記樹脂である第4樹脂である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。 - 強化繊維基材に樹脂を含侵させてプリプレグを製造するプリプレグの製造方法において、
第1フィラー及び第1分散剤を含む前記樹脂である第3樹脂と、第2フィラー及び第2分散剤を含む前記樹脂である第4樹脂とを用意するステップと、
前記強化繊維基材に隣接して前記第3樹脂を配置するステップと、
前記強化繊維基材に隣接して前記第3樹脂の反対側に前記第4樹脂を配置するステップと、
前記強化繊維基材に、前記第3樹脂を含侵させるステップと、を備えるプリプレグの製造方法。 - 前記第3樹脂と、前記第4樹脂とは、同じ樹脂となっている請求項5に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。
- 請求項3に記載のプリプレグの製造方法によって製造された前記プリプレグを用いて、複合材を成形する複合材の成形方法であって、
前記プリプレグを積層するステップと、
積層した前記プリプレグを一体化して積層体とするステップと、
前記積層体を炭化させるステップと、
炭化させた前記積層体に溶融シリコンを含侵させて複合材とするステップと、を備える複合材の成形方法。
