Claims (22)
- 電気ケーブル(2)のシールド導体(20)を接地部分(3)に接続するための接続装置(1)であって、該接続装置は、受容空間(12)を囲んだハウジング(10)を備え、前記受容空間内には、前記電気ケーブル(2)が、長手軸(L)に沿って、前記シールド導体(20)と共に挿入可能であり、前記ハウジング(10)は、前記接地部分(3)が少なくとも部分的に前記受容空間(12)内で延在するように、前記接地部分(3)に取り付け可能である接続装置において、
前記ハウジング(10)上には、調整可能なバネ要素(11)が配置されており、該バネ要素はクランプ脚部(13)を有し、開放位置から前記ハウジング(10)に対するクランプ位置に移動可能であり、それによって、クランプ位置において、前記クランプ脚部(13)を用いて、前記受容空間(12)に挿入された前記電気ケーブル(2)の前記シールド導体(20)に作用し、前記クランプ脚部(13)は、前記シールド導体(20)に作用するための係合部分(130)を有しており、該係合部分は、前記長手軸(L)に対して垂直な面(A)で見て、前記シールド導体(20)に対向する側において、少なくとも部分的に湾曲しているか、又は傾斜した係合輪郭(K)を有していることを特徴とする接続装置(1)。 - 前記係合部分(130)が、前記係合輪郭(K)を構成する第1の接触部分(132)と第2の接触部分(133)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記第1の接触部分(132)と前記第2の接触部分(133)とが、スリット(135)によって互いから分離していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記第1の接触部分(132)と前記第2の接触部分(133)とが、前記長手軸(L)に対して垂直に延在する面(A)で見て、互いに対して角度を成していることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記クランプ脚部(13)が、前記第1の接触部分(132)と前記第2の接触部分(133)との間に配置された、少なくとも1つの第3の接触部分(134)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記第3の接触部分(134)が、スリット(135)によって、前記第1の接触部分(132)及び前記第2の接触部分(133)から分離されている、請求項5に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記第3の接触部分(134)が、前記長手軸(L)に対して垂直に延在する面(A)で見て、前記第1の接触部分(132)及び前記第2の接触部分(133)の両方に対して角度を付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記バネ要素(11)が、旋回軸(S)の周りに、前記ハウジング(10)に対して旋回可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記バネ要素(11)が、旋回可能に前記ハウジング(10)上に配置されかつ前記クランプ脚部(13)に対して曲げられた作動脚部(110)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記クランプ脚部(13)が、前記係合部分(130)の領域において、前記旋回軸(S)の周りに湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記作動脚部(110)が、クランプ位置において、前記ハウジング(10)とラッチ接続するためのラッチ装置を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記作動脚部(110)が、前記クランプ脚部(13)から離れた端部(113)に、前記ハウジング(10)の少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(102)とクランプ位置においてラッチ接続するための、少なくとも1つのラッチノーズ(114)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記作動脚部(110)の前記端部(113)には、前記バネ要素(11)をクランプ位置からの解除するための、工具係合部(115)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記作動脚部(110)は、該作動脚部(110)から突出した少なくとも1つのヒンジラグ(111)を備え、該ヒンジラグを通じて、前記作動脚部(110)は前記ハウジング(10)に旋回可能に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(10)が、横方向(Q)に沿って互いに離間した、2つの平行に延在する側壁(100)と、該側壁(100)を互いに接続するベース(104)と、を有しており、前記側壁の間には、前記受容空間(12)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記電気ケーブル(2)の前記シールド導体(20)が、前記長手軸(L)に沿って、前記側壁(100)の間を前記受容空間(12)を貫いて延在するように、前記ハウジング(10)に挿入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記電気ケーブル(2)の前記シールド導体(20)が、前記長手軸(L)に対して横、かつ、前記横方向(Q)に対して横の挿入方向(E)において、前記受容空間(12)に挿入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(10)が、前記接地部分(3)が前記横方向(Q)に沿って前記受容空間(12)を貫いて延在するように、前記接地部分(3)に取り付け可能であることを特徴とする、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記側壁(100)が、前記接地部分(3)の受容のためのリセス(101)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項15から18のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記接続装置(1)が、前記電気ケーブル(2)の前記シールド導体(20)を、クランプ位置において、前記バネ要素(11)と前記接地部分(3)との間に保持するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)。
- シールド導体(20)を有する電気ケーブル(2)と、接地部分(3)と、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の接続装置(1)と、を有するアセンブリ。
- 前記接地部分(3)が、取り付けレール又はバスバーの構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載のアセンブリ。
