Description
枢動可能に実装するために、スプリング要素がハウジングにヒンジ接続されるように、作動脚から突出して、例えば、ハウジング上に配置された結合ピンと係合する2つの対向する結合プレートが作動脚に形成されてもよい。
ここで、スプリング要素11は、スプリング要素11がクランプ位置から閉鎖方向Zとは反対に移動したところの開放位置にある。
クランプ脚112の付勢により、接触デバイス1が開放され、ハウジング10が接地部分3から取り外し可能になり、電線2がハウジング10から取り外し可能になるように、スプリング要素11がクランプ位置から飛び出す。

Claims (12)
- 電線(2)のシールド導体(20)を接地部分(3)と接触させるための接触デバイス(1)であって、
シールド導体(20)を備える電線(2)が中に挿入されうる収容空間(14)を囲うハウジング(10)であって、前記ハウジング(10)は、前記接地部分(3)が前記収容空間(14)の中に延在する方法で接地部分(3)に取り付け可能であるハウジング(10)を備え、
枢動軸(S)の周りを枢動できるように前記ハウジング(10)上に配置されたスプリング要素(11)が、前記収容空間(14)の中に挿入された電線(2)のシールド導体(20)を前記ハウジング(10)が取り付けられている前記接地部分(3)と、クランプ位置において接触させるために、開放位置から前記クランプ位置に枢動することができ、
前記ハウジング(10)は、横断方向(Q)に互いに空間を隔て、その間に前記収容空間(14)が形成された2つの平行な側壁(100)と、前記側壁(100)を相互接続するベース(104)と、を有し、
前記側壁(100)は、前記接地部分(3)を受けるための凹部(101)を有し、
前記凹部は長手方向軸(L)に沿って前記側壁(100)の一端から他端に向かって延びて形成され、かつ、前記枢動軸(S)は前記側壁の前記他端側に寄った位置に規定されていることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記スプリング要素(11)は、前記ハウジング(10)上に枢動可能に実装された作動脚(110)と、前記作動脚(110)に向かって曲げられ、前記収容空間(14)の中に挿入された前記電線(2)の前記シールド導体(20)とクランプ当接しうるクランプ脚(112)と、を有することを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項2に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記クランプ脚(112)は、前記作動脚(110)から離れた先端縁(117)と、前記先端縁(117)から空間を隔て、 前記枢動軸(S)の周りに湾曲した当接部分(116)と、を有し、
前記クランプ位置において、前記スプリング要素(11)が、前記収容空間(14)の中に挿入された前記電線(2)の前記シールド導体(20)と、前記当接部分(116)によって当接状態になるように設計されていることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。 - 請求項2または3に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記作動脚(110)は、前記クランプ位置において前記ハウジング(10)にラッチ接続するためのラッチデバイスを有することを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記作動脚(110)は、前記クランプ位置において、前記ハウジング(10)の少なくとも1つのラッチ突起(102)とラッチ接続するために、前記クランプ脚(112)から離れた端部(113)に少なくとも1つのラッチ耳部(114)を有することを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記スプリング要素(11)を前記クランプ位置から解放するためのツール係合機構(115)が、前記作動脚(110)の端部(113)に配置されていることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記ハウジング(10)への枢動接続のための、少なくとも1つの結合プレート(111)が前記作動脚(110)から突出することを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記シールド導体(20)が前記側壁(100)の間で長手方向軸(L)に沿って、前記収容空間(14)を通過して延在するように、前記電線(2)の前記シールド導体(20)が前記ハウジング(10)の中に挿入されうることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項8に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記電線(2)の前記シールド導体(20)は、前記長手方向軸(L)に対して横方向であり、かつ前記横断方向(Q)に対して横方向である挿入方向(E)に前記収容空間(14)の中に挿入されうることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記ハウジング(10)は、前記接地部分(3)が前記横断方向(Q)に前記収容空間(14)を通過して延在するように、前記接地部分(3)に取り付け可能であることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)であって、前記接触デバイス(1)は、前記クランプ位置において、前記スプリング要素(11)と前記接地部分(3)との間で前記電線(2)の前記シールド導体(20)を受けるように設計されていることを特徴とする接触デバイス(1)。
- シールド導体(20)を有する電線(2)を備え、接地部分(3)および請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の接触デバイス(1)を備えることを特徴とする組立体。
