Claims (9)
- 二輪車用の駆動装置において、
閉じた状態のチェーンが、出力のためのドライブピニオンとスプロケットの周りに配置され、
前記チェーンは、複数のピンで形成されており、
前記複数のピンのそれぞれには、対象のピンの縦軸を中心に回転可能なブッシングが配置され、
前記ブッシングのそれぞれには、ローラが配置され、
前記ローラは、前記ブッシングの周りを回転するように配置され、かつ、遊びを有しており、
前記複数のピンは、プレートを介して、2つの反対側の端面で互いに接続され、
前記ブッシングの外面及び前記ローラの外面は、純粋なta−Cコーティングで被覆されており
前記コーティングには、PVDにおいて避けられない微量元素以外の化学元素が含まれず、
前記コーティングは、製造工程において前記PVDを用いて形成され、
前記コーティングの表面では、粗さRaが0.03μm〜0.2μmに保たれ、及び/又は、粗さRzが0.3μm〜2μmに保たれ、
前記チェーンの前記ローラと接触する前記ドライブピニオン及び前記スプロケットの表面には、ダイヤモンド状炭素のコーティングが施されていない、
駆動装置。 - 前記コーティングの表面では、粗さRaが0.05μm〜0.15μmに保たれ、及び/又は、粗さRzが0.5μm〜1.5μmに保たれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ブッシングの外面のta−Cコーティング層の厚さは、前記ローラの外面のta−Cコーティング層の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ブッシングの外面のta−Cコーティング層の厚さは、前記ローラの外面のta−Cコーティング層の厚さの少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- ガスケットが、前記ブッシングの端面と、前記ピンのそれぞれに係合する前記プレートとの間に配置され、
前記ガスケットは、前記ピンのそれぞれに押し付けられ、
前記ガスケットは、摩擦を低減する外部コーティングが施され、又は、摩擦を低減する材料で形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。 - 摩擦を低減するコーティング又は摩擦を低減する材料は、PTFEであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ピンの外面と、前記ブッシング及びガスケットの内面の間には、固体の潤滑剤が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記プレートの表面には、腐食及び摩耗から守るコーティングが施され、
または、前記プレートの材料は、前記表面の近くの領域に前記コーティングが施され、
コーティングは、ダイヤモンド状炭素で形成されないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。 - 腐食及び摩耗から守る前記コーティングの表面は、窒素、ホウ素、又はリンを用いて加工され、
または、腐食及び摩耗から守る前記コーティングは、窒化物、又はリン酸ニッケルを含むリン酸化合物で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の駆動装置。
