- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーフィーチャが、熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性樹脂又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項8に記載の多孔質膜。
- 多孔質膜上に少なくとも1つのポリマーフィーチャを作製する方法であって、
前記多孔質膜の表面上にナノスケール射出成形装置から材料を分配して、前記多孔質膜の前記表面上にポリマーフィーチャを形成する工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記ポリマーフィーチャの前記材料を、前記多孔質膜に使用される材料に、分子間反応を介して結合する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノスケール射出成形装置が3Dプリンタである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記材料を分配して、前記多孔質膜の前記表面上にポリマーフィーチャを結合する工程の間、前記3Dプリンタが、前記多孔質膜の前記表面から90度の角度をなす、請求項13から15の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- プリーツ加工多孔質膜であって、前記プリーツが、交互の山と谷、及び前記プリーツの前記交互の山と谷を相互接続する対向する膜壁を含み、前記多孔質膜が、第1表面及び第2表面、並びに前記対向する膜壁のうちの1つの少なくとも前記第1表面の一部の上の一又は複数のポリマーフィーチャを有し、前記ポリマーフィーチャが、前記プリーツの前記対向する壁を分離するプリーツ加工多孔質膜
を含む膜パック。 - 対向する膜壁の両方が前記ポリマーフィーチャを有する、請求項17に記載の膜パック。
- 前記プリーツの前記山と谷がポリマーフィーチャを含む、請求項17又は18に記載の膜パック。
- 前記膜の前記第1及び第2表面が一又は複数のポリマーフィーチャを含む、請求項17から19の何れか一項に記載の膜パック。
