Claims (3)
- 超音波信号を送受信するための超音波センサーと、
前記超音波センサーを駆動するための駆動部と、
前記超音波センサーが駆動されるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部であって、温度に応じて変化する超音波センサーの共振周波数の中から二つ以上の共振周波数が交互に出力される方式で前記超音波センサーが駆動されるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部と、を備える超音波センサー駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、所定の温度範囲に該当する常温での超音波センサーの第1共振周波数と、前記常温より低い温度範囲に該当する低温での超音波センサーの第2共振周波数と、前記常温よりも高い温度範囲に該当する高温での超音波センサーの第3共振周波数と、が交互に出力される方式で前記超音波センサーが駆動されるように前記駆動部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1の超音波センサー駆動装置。
- 前記制御部は、所定の単位時間の間、前記第1共振周波数を所定の回数だけバスティング(bursting)して出力し、前記第2共振周波数を前記回数バスティングして出力し、前記第3共振周波数を、前記回数だけバスティングして出力するように前記駆動部を制御することを特徴とする請求項2の超音波センサー駆動装置。
