Claims (10)
- 両方向に位置する電極リードを有するパウチ型の二次電池セルを積層して構成したセル積層体と、
前記二次電池セルの前記電極リードの位置に対応する前記セル積層体の両側面にそれぞれ配置される第1垂直板及び第2垂直板、並びに、前記第1垂直板及び第2垂直板に連結されて前記セル積層体の上部に配置され、前記第1垂直板及び第2垂直板のうち少なくとも一つとヒンジ結合する上板を備えるバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームが取り付けられた前記セル積層体が内部空間に挿入配置されるように角管状に形成されたモノフレームとを含み、
前記第1垂直板及び第2垂直板の外側面には複数のバスバーが備えられ、前記二次電池セルの前記電極リードは前記第1垂直板及び第2垂直板に形成されるスロットを通過して対応するバスバーに電気的に連結され、
前記上板には前記第1垂直板及び第2垂直板のバスバーと電気的に連結されて前記二次電池セルの電気的特性をセンシングするセンシング部材が所定の経路に沿って配置されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームは、
第1垂直板及び第2垂直板の内側面から前記セル積層体側に突設され、前記上板と直角をなすとき、前記上板の下面に接触するように設けられるストッパを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上板の一端部と前記第1垂直板、前記上板の他端部と第2垂直板は、それぞれ所定の間隔で離隔して配置される2個のヒンジで連結され、
前記ストッパは、前記2個のヒンジの間に位置し、所定の厚さを有する少なくとも一つの四角板状に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1垂直板及び第2垂直板は、内側面に前記二次電池セルの積層方向に沿って互いに一定の距離を置いて凸状に形成され、高さ方向に沿って延びる組立ガイドユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ストッパは、前記組立ガイドユニットのうち少なくとも一つと一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシング部材は、回路基板、及び前記バスバーと前記回路基板とを連結するケーブルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上板は、前記ケーブルの配線経路に沿って前記ケーブルの幅と厚さに対応するように表面が他の部分より凹状に形成されたケーブル配線溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上板は、前記ケーブル配線溝と隣接した位置に上下に貫設された開口部を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
