Claims (10)
- 閉鎖手段によって閉じることができる開口部(36)の前の監視領域(36)を監視するためのレーザスキャナ(10、32)であって、
前記閉鎖手段の形態によって前記監視領域(36)内の危険領域(40)が画定され、
前記監視領域(36)は少なくとも片側においてフレーム(34)によって区切られており、
前記監視領域(36)の前方に、レーザ送受信ユニット(12)を含むエッジ領域(38)が存在し、
さらに、送信及び受信されたレーザパルスの伝搬時間測定(TOF(RP))を用いて前記監視領域(36)内の物体(22、44、46)の位置を求める伝搬時間取得(14)が行われ、
物体が前記伝搬時間測定によって危険エッジ領域(42)内で検出されたか否かの第1の物体情報を生成する評価ユニット(18)が設けられており、
さらに、強度取得(16)が行われ、前記強度取得(16)によって、受信された前記レーザパルスの強度(I(RP))が評価され、取得された当該強度(I(RP))が、記憶ユニット(24)に記憶されている基準強度(IREF)と比較され、前記伝搬時間取得(14)によって前記危険エッジ領域(42)外の前記危険領域(40)内に物体が検出されない場合において、偏差が所定の閾値(D)を超える場合、前記強度の偏差に基づいて前記危険エッジ領域(42)内に物体が存在するか否かの第2の物体情報が提供され、
前記第1又は前記第2の物体情報が肯定的である場合、前記評価ユニット(18)によって「セーフティ」信号が生成される
ことを特徴とするレーザスキャナ(10,32)。 - 前記レーザ送受信ユニット(12)がアバランシェフォトダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザスキャナ。
- 前記強度取得(16)は、パルス幅評価によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のレーザスキャナ。
- 前記レーザスキャナの初期化を可能にする初期化装置が設けられており、前記初期化中に前記監視領域(36)内のフレーム(34)の基準強度(IREF)が前記記憶ユニット(24)に格納されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載のレーザスキャナ。
- 前記監視領域(36)、前記危険領域(40)、前記エッジ領域(38)及び前記危険エッジ領域(42)は、前記初期化中に規定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレーザスキャナ。
- 少なくとも部分的に包囲するフレームと、前記フレーム(34)によって形成された開口部を閉じるための閉鎖手段と、請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載のレーザスキャナ(32)とを備えた配置体(30)であって、
前記レーザスキャナ(32)は、前記フレーム(34)が当該レーザスキャナ(32)の監視領域(36)を少なくとも部分的に区切るように前記フレームに取り付けられていることを特徴とする配置体(30)。 - 前記センサ(32)が前記フレーム(32)の角部分に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の配置体。
- 前記フレーム(34)が窓または窓の内枠の一部であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の配置体。
- 前記閉鎖手段は、前記レーザスキャナに接続された制御ユニットによって制御されることを特徴とする請求項6から8までのいずれかに記載の配置体。
- 前記閉鎖手段が窓であることを特徴とする請求項6から9までのいずれかに記載の配置体。
